The Log Home and Farm experience wrapped into one!
Kayleen, AKA Mamma K was raised on this farm from the age of 8. After high school she attended Utah State University where she met Mr. Right, AKA Pappa K during her last semester of college. A few years after getting married we purchased the original farmhouse from her parents in 1981. We built the log home in 1988 and raise 6 children and 13 foster kids during the next 20 years. Now we share it with as many people as we can through the vacation rental processes. We began in February 2016 and have had 55 different guest groups stay with us. It has been amazing. We look forward to each group.

Loved it! Definitely worth the stay!
We have tons of positives to say about this property! The rope swing was a highlight. The batting cage was cool. The upstairs, which is where you stay is great! Pool table and arcade game were a ton of fun. The only things we didn't love were, the horseback riding experience could've been a little more involved and entertaining, plus not having a kitchen was a little inconvenient at times (but they are happy to let you use theirs, we just weren't assertive enough to ask, so that's more our fault). Overall, loved it and we've already recommended it to friends!
Mamma K and Brent were the perfect hosts! We were in town for a funeral and they made our stay as pleasant as could be despite the sad reason for our visit. The outdoors activities were a distraction that was much needed before and after the funeral for the whole family. Mamma K and Brent encouraged us to have my family over to enjoy the swing and trampolines with us. All of the children (most are adult children these days) are pushing for our reunion to be held here in two years when we are in the area for reunion again.
Our stay was wonderful. We enjoyed the property so much. We, with our children loved all of the animals (horses, chickens, cats and dogs), the merry-go-round, the trampolines, the popcorn machine and old school video game. But the rope swing was the big hit of the entire stay. All seven of us swung several times. We would have loved to have stayed longer. Our kids can't wait to come back. Ma and Pa K were the kindest and most gracious hosts. We felt like we had rented grandparents along with the property for our children. We are so grateful to have stayed in such a great place and to have had such a great time.
