Classic A Frame Retreat only 2 miles from ski windham on private 5 acre lot with new cental A/C. This extra large clean and comfortable A frame has 3 full bedrooms plus an additional loft with a Queen Bed. One of the best locations in windham (1.5 miles to town and restaurants) yet secluded and private with open fields and a mountain to run around and explore on.

Bedroom 1 1st floor includes a queen bed and flat screen tv
Bedroom 2 1st floor includes one set of bunk beds
Bedroom 3 (Master) 2nd Floor includes flat screen TV and balcony overlooking the deck
Bedroom 4 (loft) Queen bed overlooking the living room.
*both downstairs bathrooms are serviced with a newly upgraded travertine bathroom with bathtub.
*both 2nd floor sleeping areas are serviced with a newly updated custom bathroom with walk in shower.

The house is equipped with 3 newly renovated bathrooms in total

Living room includes large stone wood burning fireplace and comfortable slip covered sofas and chairs.

dining area can seat 8 and extra chairs are available

Amenities include new microwave and dishwasher, kitchenware, bath/bed linens/pillows, washer and dryer

Garage/Basement.
The house includes a clean and comfortable finished basement area with carpet/Ping Pong Table, tv with sitting area and a large space to store ski clothes and equipment. Washer/dryer and renovated bathroom and pull out couch.

Beautiful staycation!

I had a wonderful stay! The place was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated. The location was perfect, close to everything I needed but still peaceful and quiet. The host was super responsive and made check-in a breeze. I especially appreciated the hosts local recommendations, and a well-stocked kitchen. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Wonderful experience!

Clean, well stocked, beautiful views, and a very accommodating host made this cozy A frame a winner by all accounts. There was no skiing (59 degrees and raining), so at first my family was extremely disappointed and I was preparing for a weekend of misery with a houseful of bored kids. Instead we had a wonderful time playing ping pong tournaments and games in this delightful house situated very close to Windham Mountain. With our fingers crossed for snow the next time, we couldn't wait to go back!

Great A frame

This is a great place to get away with some friends. The basement is awesome with a ping pong table and plenty of places to hang out!

It was wonderful house!

The location was perfect for skiing and it was very cozy! The owner was very helpful and always communicating if we needed anything! We slept 8 there - 4 kids and 4 adults. It fit us perfectly! I would definitely come back to this property!!

Awesome Cabin in the Mountains

Robert’s property is amazing, and he was very responsive beforehand and during our time there. During our stay, we had 2 other couples joining us, so there was just the right amount of space for 6 adults. All 3 full bathrooms were immaculate and new. The very large dining table was perfect for us to eat and play board games. All of the beds were super comfortable. The location is great if you are doing things at Windham Mountain, or are visiting other areas like Hunter/Tannersville. Although secluded, everything seemed like just a short drive away. Overall, it was a great stay! One thing to note is that there was no cell service at the cabin, but there is WiFi so we made great use of that.

Beautiful, cozy upstate getaway!

We had a wonderful weekend at Robert's lovely home in Windham. The space provided a cozy and beautiful way to enjoy the gorgeous fall foliage. Robert was communicative and available for any questions we had. The home was clean with updated bathrooms and comfortable lounging space. We especially enjoyed the indoor fireplace and basement ping pong table! It's perfectly located near hikes and other activities. An easy drive from NYC! Would love to stay again sometime.

Best place to stay in Windham

Our family stayed at Windham many times, but this house really impressed us. That is a cozy place, where you can enjoy the beauty of mountains and nature. Property was clean, provides a lot of amenities. Owner is very quick in responding, helpful in finding entertainments around. Definitely will take it again and recommend it to others.

Windham is a great (quiet) town the summer

Windham is a beautiful ski resort town that is quaint and quiet in the summer. The house was as advertised and had everything we needed. We got plenty of use from the ping pong table. Definitely felt like a get away to the woods. WiFi worked well although there was little to no cell service (probably a plus for us).

Lovely escape from the city

This beautiful A-frame brought back memories of summers at camp and our weekend escape was just as relaxing as my vintage recollections. The property was easy to find and located near the charming town of Windham as well as many trail heads. We would happily spend another weekend in nature at this lovely cabin.

Fantastic!!!!

My family and I stayed at the house 12/30 - 1/1 and I have to stay it was amazing!!! Robert was so good to us and really accommodating. He checked in with us during our stay to make sure that we were settled in and enjoying the house. Sent us tons of info about the house and surrounding areas . I fell in love with the house. Super clean, cozy and we just had an amazing time! The property is just gorgeous. Town is beautiful and super close to the slopes. Robert, thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us and for allowing us to create everlasting memories there. I will definitely be reaching out to you soon for another visit.

Lovely house & accommodations

The house was absolutely quaint, clean and cozy. Although it may appear small it has ample room to accommodate a large family, a group of good friends, or several couples. We rented the house to spend time with our nephews and nieces who love to ski and they enjoyed the accommodations as much as we did. The location of the house is great. Very close to windham mountain, restaurants and shops. We had a fantastic time and already looking forward to renting this house again soon. The owner was very accommodating and a pleasure to work with. I definitely recommend staying here.

Charming, cozy and well equipped chalet with great location

The chalet is lovely, very well located and super cozy with a nice architecture and layout. The fireplace is a great plus! Robert, the landlord, was so helpful in every respect: upfront information, booking process, logistics and instructions, advice and info on the area. This makes you feel at home We loved our experience, including being so close to the windham cute village and the mountain. We would love to come back!
