Wonderful place. The pool was awesome and it was a very short walk to the beach. Great location-very close to shops and restaurants. Kitchen was well stocked for preparing food for a large group. Plenty of towels and beach towels. 2 washers and 2 dryers. We loved every minute of our stay. We would highly recommend it!

Great Family Vacation!

The property is perfect for a large group or family vacation. We loved having our own pool. It's such a short one block walk to the beach which is perfect- not crowded since it's in a residential area. The home was stocked well for a comfortable stay for all and we loved the double washer and dryer set up!

Space to relax and hit the beach

We picked this property because of its proximity to the beach and it certainly delivered on that front! The house was also nicely laid out as far as number of bedrooms and spacing/accommodation. Was glad that we chose to have the heated pool since the weather was a bit cool some days.

Family vacation

The location of the house is perfect we really loved being able to get to the beach so easily. It was also awesome to be able to walk to so many shops and restaurants. The condition of the furniture was very disappointing. All of the sofas are worn-out and uncomfortable to sit on. We didn't need to use the sofa sleepers so I cannot speak to their condition. The bunk bed makes all kinds of noise if you move at all making it hard to sleep and easy to wake the other person. We had to call to have the pool heater turned on despite paying to have the pool heated and the garbage disposal doesn't work, we called once and and worked briefly are they worked on it, but it stopped working again.

Great for family vacation

The house and location was amazing! It was 3 generations of my family together totally 11 and we had a blast! The house was easy walking distance to the beach. Made it easy for the family to enjoy throughout the day but being able to go back to the house and cool down. Having the pool was amazing. Kitchen had most things we needed and the two refrigerators were great for storing all beverages and food for our group of 11. There were a few things to mention but minor and I did see these in other reviews which I thought were helpful when I decided to book this house. One of the bathrooms has little to no water pressure. We were able to make due by using the other two bathrooms to shower so was a minor inconvenience as we had to as a group coordinate more if we planned to go out that evening. Two of the bedrooms seemed to not get much if any air conditioning but every room had a ceiling fan to help with the air flow to eventually cool down throughout the night. There was someone who came and cleaned the pool once we were there and someone came to move the trash cans as we were there for trash collections. Had to contact the property manager once and they responded very quickly and were immediately able to help with the issue! Overall our family really enjoyed our vacation and if we get the opportunity to go again we will be looking to rebook this location!

Great location, nice, updated home. With some cons

We loved the home and the pool area. The location was wonderful as well. The house was clean and very nice for our 20 people. The only issues were: The pool isn’t cleaned daily and turned really green on us Two of the pull out sofas were broken to the point that they were unusable, leaving us to scramble to try and find places for 3 of our youngsters to sleep Many of the outlets around the mother jen do not work The tub in the large bathroom clogs up quickly leaving you standing in dirty water while showering. Even with these negative items, we really enjoyed our stay and if these items are addressed, we would rent again.

Great Stay for Family Reunion

Great house and location. Really enjoyed the pool and less than 5 minute walk to the beach. All the bedrooms are spacious with comfortable beds. House was stocked with everything we could have needed. Plenty of towels, hand towels, beach towels, wash cloths. Lots of pool floats, beach chairs and games at the house to play if it rains. Having two fridges and two washer/dryers was super helpful with our large group. Everyone had a great time.

Summer Breeze

We had an excellent stay and the best thing about the house was the pool area and living area. The bedrooms/bathrooms were okay but saying it sleeps 20 is a little misleading as we had 19 and it was tight. Also we ran out of toilet paper and there were no trash bags which I think are items you should provide. The two refrigerators was a big plus and location to the beach was great. We would stay again with fewer people.

Home is deceptively large and accommodated 17 members of my family. One block from the beach and half a mile walk to shops/restaurants. Great location!

Great location beautiful place

We had a group of 20 adults and it was nothing short of amazing. Trolly stop just out front. Very close to beach. We all had a great time with plenty of space.

Great location

We stayed here for a Bachelorette party over the weekend. The pool and backyard area were AWESOME and right around the corner from the beach. Walking distance to bars and restaurants. Nice quiet neighborhood. The house itself was spacious - open living area plenty of room for entertaining. Two fridges and anything you need in the kitchen. Plenty of rooms/beds. Plenty of towels and beach towels. Washer and dryer if needed. House was clean but some of the beds and sheets were not clean - one had sand in it and another was visibly not clean even though both beds were made.

Overall great but some little things need fixing.

Thank you for a wonderful vacation. Below is a list of items that we found need to be addressed: Bathroom nearest front door locks but still can be opened by simply turning knob. Front room - one ceiling light blinks. Another never worked. Bathroom nearest front door drain cover loose. Some remotes don't work or batteries dead. Microwave on counter doesn't work. Microwave above stove did (thank goodness). Freezer in extra refrigerator doesn't work and never froze popsicles. One drain in pool has no cover in deep end. That could be a hazard. I would recommend looking at that. Dishwasher doesn't dry even when set to extra dry. It also has an alarm that sometimes goes off for no reason and difficult to turn off. It went off in middle of the night. Shower door doesn't stay on track well in back bathroom and water leaks onto floor. Several plugs do not work. Grill malfunctioned. We finally figured out that you can turn on 3 burners. When you turn on the fourth, it must have a leak as it pulls all gas out and won't work. Solution: don't turn on 4th burner. Kitchen electric can opener doesn't work. House was overall what I expected. If you fix the items above, it would get 5 stars. Nice supply of pool toys and beach chairs.

Good property but needs TLC

Property and location are great but it needs someone to go through it with an eye for detail. Multiple bulbs were burned out so it was dark in areas. One bedroom door had very loose hinges so the door sagged and stuck. The grill needs to be replaced, only half of the burners worked and it was hard to get high heat. It doesnt need to be fully stocked, but one kitchen garbage bag was not sufficient. It would have been helpful to know ahead of time. The beds are in need of replacement....we had a large group and everyone complained about the bed quality. Its the little things that would make this a great rental. Location was great, a quick walk to the beach or downtown. The trolley goes right by and stops at the driveway. There are two refrigerators and two sets of washer/dryers which was great. The pool area has great shade cover so you could enjoy the area during the heat of the day. Overall we had a great vacation.

The perfect girls weekend getaway

We absolutely LOVED staying at this property. It was a mile walk to downtown Clearwater and the pool was absolutely amazing. We did have an issue with the pool being extremely hot since the heater was on, but when we contacted the office they sent someone out to fix it for us. Would definitely recommend to anyone with a large group!!

Amazing time

We had the best time! The property was so great! Had all the towels, and even beach towels! Everyone was friendly and helpful when I called! The beds very extremely comfortable! 2 fridges were great!
