Located right at PR-107 road, Las Alturas is a rare walking distance lodging to many popular destinations in Aguadilla. The property also hosts Covalente 107, a coworking space and 4Patas Cafe, a sidewalk coffee shop. For your safety, convenience and peace of mind an emergency 60k power generator & 600 gal water cistern is connected to the property. You’ll have the loft for you & yours plus access to the upstairs balcony, an ideal place to enjoy a glass of wine and relax Once your confirmation is completed local contact information will be provided for your convenience. Las Alturas 107 is centrally located at road 107, the main commercial road in Aguadilla featuring plenty of restaurants, supermarkets, fast foods & entertainment. Aguadilla is best enjoyed by car, although Las Alturas is walking distance to grocery shopping, dinning, entertainment & nightlife. Take notice our space has a Kitchenette which includes Mini fridge, microwave, sink, plates, utensils & cups PLUS a cooking surface with 2 electric burners WHICH ARE NOT a substitute to a full range stove. The kitchenette DO NOT have a stove.
