Ce condo de 2 chambres / 2 salles de bain trÚs recherché et joliment décoré situé à Farmington Vistas, qui est une petite sous-communauté de The Plantation Golf & Country Club.

Propriété récemment meublée, parfaite pour des vacances ou des affaires prolongées. Tout ce dont vous avez besoin est fourni, des ustensiles de cuisine à la planche à repasser, etc., apportez simplement votre valise.

La chambre principale a un lit King, des lavabos pour elle et lui, un grand dressing et une terrasse hors maĂźtre. La chambre a des lits jumeaux. Les photos disent tout.

Ceci est un condo au deuxiĂšme Ă©tage qui offre une meilleure vue depuis le balcon. Il y a un ascenseur si les escaliers sont un problĂšme.

Great views over Bobcat golf course

Easy to find and easy entry after long day travelling. Condo just as described with everything we need for our stay. No noise from neighbouring condos. Very close to the pool where we found everyone very friendly. Pool area exceptionally clean and well looked after. Water was warm. We also enjoyed walking/cycling in the neighbourhood. Grocery stores a short drive away and lots of restaurants close by. Venice Avenue worth a visit. Jeff was vey good at responding quickly to any questions we asked.

Blown out by Hurricane Milton!

Unfortunately, we only got a partial stay until we had to evacuate due to Hurricane Milton. It was really unfortunate because we stayed here last year when the weather was cooperative and we loved the condo and the surrounding beaches and area. What a bummer...

Great vacation in Venice

One month in a fantastic condo at Plantation Golf and Country Club. Everything we needed was in the condo. We had a beautiful view on the golf and we were just a few minutes to the gulf beaches. Shopping was real easy Walmart, Publix and now a new Costco only 8 minutes from the condo in North Port. Chairs, umbrellas, noodles even a bike are on the premises. Thank you very much Kim and Jeff. We will be back for sure!

Loved it!!

New kitchen appliances are very nice! Checking in was a breeze, especially with the keypad entry system. We love the area because it's so convenient to the beaches, restaurants, and shops. The neighbors are friendly and welcoming..

Great condo, great location, great owner

This condo was extremely nice. It was really clean and furnished stylishly and comfortably. The master bedroom was spacious with a giant walk-in closet. Second bedroom also a good size. The location was excellent, close to beaches and shopping. We did not golf but the golf course was beautiful. The pool was wonderful, especially because comfortable chairs and umbrellas were provided. The complex was quiet and very well maintained. The owner was very friendly and responsive. He called to make sure everything was to our liking. He was also flexible with my check out time which I appreciated very much. I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent Stay

The unit is very comfortable, with a large living room, a lanai, a dining area, master bedroom with a huge walk-in closet, and a second bedroom. It was clean and well-stocked when we arrived. We did quite a bit of meal preparation at the unit and had no problem. The unit has a carport and storage area with beach toys, chairs, etc. The unit is located near a shopping center with a Publix grocery store, several restaurants, and a gas station. There is a pool in the complex which is available for use. Although we never had to contact Jeff about anything, he was always available. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location in south Venice

Nice golf course view and the Sand Hill cranes were entertaining. Great location for exploring the area 
.Manasota Beach, downtown Venice, Shamrock Park, Casey Key, tons of restaurants (including outdoor dining and bars), and the Braves training stadium with a restaurant/bar that is open daily. About a 35 min drive to Siesta Key Beach and lots to do in Sarasota. The condo was stocked with towels, kitchen supplies and basic needs. Easy in/out with door code. With a little upkeep this condo could be a 5 star. We enjoyed our stay.

October Florida Get-away

Condo was as pictured in the online pictures. View from the lanai was great. Lots of bird watching and golfers. Would rent again. Jeff was very helpful when we had a problem with the door combination lock.

Loved Golf Course View

Beautiful view of Bobcat golf course. Clean and comfortable living space. On 2nd floor and really liked having the elevator for when I had groceries. Also had cable TV which was great! We would definitely stay again.

In town for a baseball tournament

The condo was perfect. It was close to the baseball fields and close to restaurants and grocery stores. The condo was clean and the neighborhood was very peaceful and quiet.

Perfect Week

Comfortable stay

Had to be in Venice to take care of some family business. Looked for something more comfortable than local hotels. Had stayed at Plantation many years ago so gave it a try. The owner contacted us almost immediately after Rereservation and provided us with his personal contact information and advice on what was available to us as his guest. He also checked with us a couple of times to make sure everything was ok. The unit was spotless and very well equiped. It has great views of the golf course. The location is a bit out of town but close enough to shopping and restaurants. Experience was very favorable and we would definitely stay with Jeff & Kim on our next visit to the area.

Very nice

This was a very nice clean condo in an older area of Venice. The area was very quiet and peiceful. The pool area was very nice as well. If we get back to Venice this property will be on our list to rent again.

Amazing condo in Venice, FL

This condo exceeded our expectations. Very spacey, clean, and well equipped with furniture. Full kitchen with everything you may need for cooking. It is located on a private gold course and has an amazing view from the enormous balcony. All stores and restaurants within 10 minutes of driving. Several beaches are also nearby. Jeff was very responsive to all our inquires, which also made our stay enjoyable. We would definitely come back. Thank you, Jeff and Kim!

Great Location in Venice Florida!

This is the first time we have stayed in Venice, Florida and our choice to rent Jeff & Kim's Venice condo couldn't have been any better! This condo is located in a golf course community with several subdivisions and a mixture of housing. The drive into the community is welcoming with tree-lined streets, golf courses, beautiful homes and natural areas with a plethora of birds and ducks. There are plenty of places to safely take casual walks or bike rides. Jeff & Kim's condo is on the second level of a 3-level building. What's nice about this condo is that it has a designated covered parking spot, stairs and an elevator. The condo itself is nicely furnished. The kitchen is small but functional and has all of the basics anyone would need to have a light snack or cook a full dinner. If you're into grilling, there's a community grilling area just across the lane from the parking spot. The dining area and living room are well appointed and comfortable. The lanai is screened in and very spacious. There is a view of the golf course and we enjoyed watching the Ospreys build their nest in the tall pine tree just outside the lanai window! The master bedroom off the living room, has a king sized bed, lots of bureau and drawer space and a good-sized walk-in closet. The ensuite bathroom has 2 sinks, with a separate toilet/shower area. The washer/dryer is tucked inside a closet in the master bedroom. The second bedroom off the kitchen, has two twin-sized beds, a good-sized closet and plenty of bureau and drawer space. The second full bathroom is just outside of the second bedroom. We appreciated the extra towels, blankets, pillows and beach towels that were provided. In the locked storage closet (located at the covered parking spot) you can find beach chairs and other essentials. The condo was clean and quiet - exactly what we were looking for after long days helping a senior member of our family sort and pack to relocate to an assisted living community. The condo is close to everything you would need including beaches (Manasota is the closest beach 15 minutes by car), grocery stores, drug stores, shopping. Old town Venice is about 18 minutes by car and has an abundance of shops and restaurants. If you want to relax by a pool, the condo community pool is a short walk across the street from the condo. Jeff and Kim were easy to communicate with and helped to make our stay enjoyable and pleasant. Would definitely stay there again!
