This cabin was perfect for our family. It was cozy, the view was beautiful, and the cabin was supplied with everything we needed . The owner went above & beyond with stocking the kitchen, bathroom, and living room . Our family especially loved the fire pit outside and the Infinity game board In the living room . We had an amazing weekend at this beautiful 5-star mountain home! We’re quite discerning about where we stay, and this modern A-frame exceeded our expectations in every way. The home is brand new, spotless, thoughtfully designed, and fully stocked with everything we needed. The views were absolutely breathtaking—we couldn’t stop admiring the mountains, valley, and sky, especially at sunset. One of the most unique parts of our stay was watching planes, hang gliders, and parachutes drift gracefully through the air like birds in flight. We also loved hiking at Cloudland Canyon, just a short drive away. It was a refreshing and much-needed escape, and we would definitely stay here again!

Great house with an amazing view

We had a great 2-night stay at this new house. Our group had 2 kids and 4 adults and the bedrooms and loft area worked out great. House had all the extras in the kitchen, in the bathrooms, etc. The deck with the mountain and valley views was fantastic. Loved watching the planes and hang gliders off in the distance. Close drive to Cloudland Canyon trails. About a 30 min drive into downtown Chattanooga. Highly recommend this house!

New Year’s Celebration

This home is simply amazing. We had a total of 8 guests that were adults, teenagers and children. The house slept everyone quite comfortably in their own beds. The view from the incredibly large back porch offers the most amazing views of the sunset, mountains and hang gliders that launch nearby. The house was immaculate and was an amazing place for our family and our New Year’s Eve celebration. We highly recommend this rental.

We originally sought this general location to take advantage of the many near by sights but were so comfortable and happy with the home it was a bit tough to talk ourselves into going out!! The view is amazing - the photos do it justice! The beds and furniture were very comfortable and everything was in new condition. My compliments on the decorations - such a warm and welcoming feeling. Kitchen very well equipped and lots of seating options - we were only four but I can easily see room for plenty more. If you somehow get tired of that amazing view (even if the weather was poor there is a window of a wall that looks out) there are many games and diversions available, (we had a ball with the electronic device with MANY single and multiplayer games) . . . plenty for a larger group of various ages! The upstairs was pure luxury from bath towels to bed linens - really felt pampered! Out fellow guests reported the same from their linens but the upstairs boasts that fantastic view!! A beautiful very private location near everything - you cannot beat it. We has a couple of questions prior to arrival and the hosts were very quick and helpful with every detail! I'll stop as I could go on and on but suffice it to say that even if it had rained from sun up to sun down and we couldn't go out to play we would have had an amazing time and experience! And we did see quite a few hand gliders!!

Perfect, Private, and Peaceful!

We had such a great stay at this modern A-frame cabin on Lookout Mountain. It was the perfect mix of cozy and stylish—every design detail felt intentional, from the warm wood tones to the modern finishes. It’s far enough away to truly unplug, but still close enough to grab groceries or anything you need.The views were absolutely stunning—especially in the mornings with a cup of coffee on the deck. Inside, everything was super comfortable. The beds were cozy, the shower had great pressure and plenty of hot water, and the whole place just felt like home (but better). The tabletop game board was a really fun bonus and made our family time even more memorable.The loft worked great as a master and also gave us extra space to relax. Everyone had their own private sleeping area, which was perfect. The house is clearly well-built and thoughtfully stocked—the owners really thought of everything.Heads up: the driveway is very steep. It made us a little nervous at first, but after the first time it was no big deal, and we even walked it in the mornings for a little post-coffee nature walk!We honestly didn’t want to leave. If you’re looking for a peaceful, beautifully designed mountain getaway to recharge and spend quality time together, this is the place. We’ll definitely be back.

It's absolutely beautiful during the day, with mountainscape views, but when that sun is setting... we haven't seen anything like it!
The hang glider jump school is located on the bluff behind the property. Watch as the hang-gliders fly over and land in the field at the base of the mountain. It is a unique experience that you'll never get tired of watching.
