Esta costumbre nuevo diseñado a casa con una piscina climatizada se encuentra en la sección histórica de Central Park West Palm Beach. Con una excelente ubicación, esta casa está a sólo unas pocas cuadras de la Intracoastal y menos de 10 minutos en coche de las playas espectaculares sobre el Palm Beach Island.

La casa cuenta con 3 habitaciones con camas tamaño queen y 2 cuartos de baño completo en el segundo piso, además de un baño completo fuera de la sala con un sofá cama doble de tamaño en la planta principal. We attended a concert at iTHINK Financial Amphitheatre and this place was perfect. We wanted to relax and enjoy a private pool and this place absolutely checked the boxes.

Great place to stay!

Great, clean property! We had 3 couples stay here for a visit to WBP for a friend’s birthday. It was close to everything, very clean, exactly as advertised. On a nice dead end street. The only odd thing is that a full sized car cannot fit in the driveway, but there is ample parking on the street.

Great modern property in private area but close enough to food, beaches and points of interest. Pool was nice place to relax. House was good size to accommodate our family. Would stay here again.

Great location

The condo is attractive, clean, and has a nice little pool that is private and surrounded by palms. The location of the property in West Palm Beach is convenient to Antique Row, The Norton Museum of Art, and close to the beaches.

Perfect location & setting!!

The property manager, Kristen, was amazing - very accommodating and quick to respond! House looked just like online pics! Very cozy and perfect location - close to beaches, shopping and food. Quiet neighborhood and very private.

Very happy to have stayed here over the December 2019 holiday break. House spotless and inviting, and everything was exactly as represented and what we hoped for. Location ideal for everything we wanted to do with proximity to restaurants and activities in West Palm and on the Island. The backyard pool is inviting and private, and I would only note that in Winter, if you want sun, it is extremely limited. Some prefer to relax without the sun, and this would be ideal for you, at least in the winter months.

Contemporary sleek private oasis

The contemporary home is very well furnished and classy. The art work creates the feeling of a art gallery. The back yard is mostly private with a nice 8 x 26 heated pool. The pool was heated to a very comfortable temperature. The beds are very comfortable! The home is well stocked with the items you need. It is very efficient. The flex area upstairs works very well for a work space or sizable makeup area. The grill was clean and ready to grill on. This property is very well done. One of the best private rentals I have ever stayed in! Thank you for providing an amazing property!!

The location forgot to clean 1/2 the house

Well we checked in and noticed one bedroom was still dirty and bathrooms could have been cleaner. Fast forward to the next morning a cleaning lady came to the house to finish up. She then went on to tell me I checked in a day early and the propert manager would be in touch. Obviously, they were mistaken. Also, there is a flight path directly over the house, which was left out of the property description.

Very modern

Was nice. Clean but small. The pool was very dirty when we got there and was told someone would be there to clean it and no one showed up so we did it ourselves. Also the recycling was full from previous guest and one of the two garbage bins was also full. There was trash all around the pool and we tried to get most of it. Plastic champagne glasses, balloons, paper. Just needs a little attention to detail and could be a great place to stay

Palm Beach Gem

This house is all it is in the photos. It is architect designed which means the spaces are well thought out and proportionate. The third bathroom downstairs off the small study is genius. From the thoughtfulness of the door detectors on the French doors alerting anyone to departure or entry to the extra towels and sheets and the convenient upstairs laundry closet in the hall, this is a well thought out rental home. Kristen was quick to respond to our needs. The jasmine and orchids growing in the back yard are the icing on the cake of a lovely garden with barbecue and outdoor seating for 6. thank you for a lovely stay, I will highly recommend this rental to my friends.

Perfect House for a Sunny Vacation

This vacation home was perfect for us! We were 2 families with one kid each and it met and exceeded our needs! The linens, towels, kitchen items are all brand new and in great condition. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed and then some! We loved the open floor plan so we could all hang out and eat, drink, play etc together. The pool and deck are perfect for a leisurely afternoon for a quick dip, BBQ, and soaking up the sun! There was plenty of space for all 6 of us and we could even place the babies in a separate room than us. The hosts were great in responding and keeping touch for any questions and had OJ, wine, coffee and creamer to start us off! The location is close to everything in Palm beach, just 5-10 minutes from most places and 2 minutes from freeway. Grocery store is just a mile away - very convenient! We loved our stay and would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful modern house in great location!

Our extended family of 6 adults spent the past four days at the Lytton House. It truly exceeded our expectations in every sense. The house is decorated in crisp white with modern features, and beautiful artwork adorning the walls - at the same time, it is very functional and comfortable. Whether we gathered poolside to enjoy a glass of wine, or watched television while others played a card game, the house functioned perfectly. The three bedrooms and three bathrooms gave us privacy and our own 'space' as we all prepared for a family wedding. It is a short walk to the beach, and has access to a paved asphalt path along the inter-coastal waterway. A grocery store is a short drive down Southern Blvd, and the kitchen is fully equipped, making meals very easy. While we ate all of our dinners out, it has a nice gas grill on the pool deck and barbeque grill tools for guests to enjoy. I would strongly recommend the Lytton House for those seeking a rental in West Palm Beach, and will return when we are in town!

Absolutely not worth the money.

Pros: Art work is fantastic. Really adds such a nice vibe. Kitchen is well stocked. Private pool.Great neighborhood.Cons: During our stay, the kitchen was ant infested. We were unable use the dishes or the stove due to the ants. Having a kitchen to makemeals is the entire point of a VRBO. We wasted over 300 in groceries. The bedrooms were not clean. There was a thick coat of dust, hair, food, and dead bugs along the baseboards. Long black hair in the bed. A dirty washcloth in with clean ones. I found 2 food bags with old food containers under the bed. The walls need a good scrub as there were fingerprints and substances on the walls (also noted in a previous review).Also noted in a previous review is the home is directly under a flight path for the nearby airport.It is LOUD. We didn’t consider this a huge drawback and the neighborhood is a nice family neighborhood. We ended up leaving early and going to a hotel.As a property owner myself, I feel it is important that the price tag match the details. This property does have the potential to be worthy of the high end price tag but needs a very thorough cleaning and better attention to details. The owner did cooperate with a partial refund when we got VRBO involved. If this were my property and I had seen videos/photos we sent…there would have been no charge.

It is extremely well located and close to everything the Palm Beaches have to offer --beaches, sports, entertainment, sightseeing, shopping & great restaurants. The home evokes an aura of serenity; you breathe a sigh of relief when you open the front door. The amenities are many and the understated luxury is apparent throughout. Much thought has been given to every detail to create a very special oasis for guests.
