Villa Del Mar is a custom built villa nestled in the lush upper hill of Belmont Estates, West End Tortola. Endless waterviews, islands dotting the horizon, greenery of palms and flora, the island is abound in natural beauty. From the world class beaches, to the prisitine forests that encompass the mountainside, from the country roads that provide endless adventure to the pastel colors that make the towns, harbors, villages and island homes glow in wonder and shelter the warm people of the BVI. Surprises to be discovered around every corner, from delicious home-cooked Caribbean meals to eclectic art and cultural media. Tortola is special in that it maintains its indigenous beauty and charm, where many Caribbean islands are feeling more and more like Miami Beach. Villa Del Mar is close to white sand beaches, marinas, restaurants, and all else the Caribbean customarily can offer. You’ll love my place because of the expansive natural light and the homes connection with the beautiful natural surroundings, the heavenly 270 degree waterviews, the pool perched 40ft from the ground overlooking the Tortola's gorgeous West End beaches & coastline, the kitchen, the comfy bed, and the neighborhood all are attributes which will make your stay amazing and unforgettable!

Why The Owner chose Leonards

Our villa is gorgeous. Its meticulously kept from the landscape, to the paint, to the upkeep on the Stainless Steel and railings, to the constant updating of bedding, lounge chair and couch covers. It's a very pleasant and clean enviroment. Not to mention the WORLD CLASS VIEW. The villa faces the Carribbean Sea and every deck, window, and even 2 of the showers, have incredible waterviews. See the pictures. We are currently updating our website, stay tuned.... We are approximately 500 yards up the hill from the beach. The beach at the foot of the hill is almost entirely empty year round. Smugglers Cove, a world acclaimed beach, is just around the corner from us. Its about 15 minute walk to Smugglers or a 4 minute car ride. If surf is what you need, we are a 10 minute drive to Apple Bay and 15 minute drive to Cane Garden Bay. We have binoculars, scopes, etc. to indulge in the great views. When the large Winter swells come you can actually see the waves peal along the point break at Cane Garden Bay even without binoculars, etc. Very very cool. Also, Sopers Hole, an idyllic Caribbean marina adorned in bright beautiful pastel paint colors, gingerbread woodwork details, with great shopping, restaurants, water sports and boat rentals, diving, etc is a 5 minute drive around the hill. We are really located in between it all!! Any questions at all, just ask :)

What makes this house unique

The villa is quite incredibly technologically advanced, especially for the Caribbean. We recently upgraded our WiFi service, and now just about 100% of the villa has excellent WiFi service. We have 6 HD flat screen TVs, each bedroom has one, the master bedroom has a 40" Flat screen hung inside the canopy bed (its awesome)!
