This perfect ski chalet features floor to ceiling windows and a huge walk out deck with stunning views of the slopes! Bond with your family and friends in this rustic environment and enjoy the large stone fireplace without letting go of all of the modern amenities you are accustomed to. This amazing 6 bedroom home comfortably sleeps 21 (16 on the lower level) and the 3 bedrooms on the upper level sleep 6 people in 3 queen beds. The main level is all family entertainment space featuring a billiards room and bar with spectacular views of the slopes. The private chalet is less than 2 miles from the Ellicottville, a charming ski town and home to Holiday Valley and HoliMont resorts. Enjoy excellent restaurants, live music, art galleries, spas and clothing stores. It's worth a visit whatever the season! There is loads to do in the summer: a Harley Davidson festival, great shops, a fall festival and at least 3 bars that feature regular live entertainment!

Friends Getaway

Amazing rental for a group of friends to hang out for the weekend and ā€œescape life.ā€The house is gorgeous and more incredible in real-life! The listing does not capture the expansive space, sleeping options, gourmet kitchen, gathering/lounging spaces, overall amenities & location. There was zero reason to need to leave the house with all it provides. The entire rental process, communication with the owner & actual stay were top-notch.We canā€™t wait to come back!

Annual Ski Trip

By Far the best Ski Rental we have ever stayed at in our 10+ plus years of going on ski trips. Plenty of space for huge groups, kitchen set up is perfect, real wood burning fireplace add so much more to the over all experience to make it a true winter/ski trip weekend. You will not be disappointed with this house

Amazing Ski Weekend

We had a group of 8 adults and the house can fit many more. The house location is perfect for Holiday Valley and the views are gorgeous. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need and there is more than enough bathroom towels. Check in and out was seamless. The house does have Wi-Fi which was a nice bonus. Highly recommend staying at this home.

A great family weekend

We had a great time here with 6 couples and our kids! Property was clean and as pictured in the listing. Not all bedrooms are pictured in the listing. Three bedrooms are on the lower level with the bunk area, then the main floor is kitchen, bar, living area, and the remaining three bedrooms are on the upper level. One bedroom has an en suite bath, there is another bathroom on the upper floor in addition to the en suite, the half bath is on the main floor, and there is a full bath on the lower level as well. Suitable for all ages but I would be careful of toddlers and crawlers because the stairs could be a concern. They do provide a gate which we used to block one of the stairways. The kitchen is well stocked with enough plates, silverware, cookware for an army, which came in handy. We had a great time and would stay again.

Perfect Weekend!

Great space and only a couple miles from the center of Ellicottville. This house accommodated our large group of 22 with ease. Very comfortable and very spacious. We will definitely look to stay here again.

Great family property

Multiple families and multiple young children stayed together at this property and it was amazing. Did run into some technical issues because the property does not have Wi-Fi available and we did not know this. Rooms were spacious and the layout was perfect. No bathtub anywhere in the house for kids baths but we made do! Perfect for our family event and we definitely will be coming back next year! Quiet street and the outdoor patio was perfect!!

Beautiful Property! Great Couples Getaway Spot

The house was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The property was stunning with the fire pit and hot tub overlooking such a beautiful view. Our communication with the property manager was EXCELLENT! She couldnā€™t have been nicer or more responsive. The check-in and check-out processes were clear and simple. We would absolutely recommend this property for an all adults getaway (like we did) or for families! Weā€™d love to come back and stay again in the future - Thank you!

Beautiful location, spacious home, great host.

We rented this house for a special family event. It was the first time we were all together in 2 1/2 years. This home was perfect in many ways. Whenever we discovered a minor issue, our host was incredibly responsive. One of our kids accidentally caused some damage we didn't notice until after we left. Our host was understanding and we are working on a resolution. This great location has so much to offer. We are grateful to have stayed.

30th Bday to remember

The chalet was exactly as it looked in the ads. We shared an incredible 5 days in this awesome home. The view is breath-taking and the living space was perfect for our extended family of 24 that stayed there. We were able to all be in the same general area on the first floor. Some were in the kitchen, some hanging at the table some in the living room looking over the slopes, and others at the bar and shooting pool. We can't wait to come back and celebrate another milestone or just simply have an incredible time. Thank you !!

Cozy chalet for family gatherings

This chalet was perfect for a Thanksgiving gathering. We had 15 family members that were able to enjoy our stay. There were enough beds, bathrooms and space to spread out. The snow was a perfect addition as we had the fireplace going, kids enjoying the pool table and hot tub. I would recommend this spot to large family gatherings.

Birthday celebration

Great, except mice in basement. We loved the new kitchen, view is spectacular, and pool table was a huge hit. There are only 3 paddles for ping pong, and we never used the hot tub or fire pit. Their locations are a little far afield. All in all, it was mostly wonderful!

This home is awesome for a long weekend with friends!

Great home to gather with friends for a long weekend! There's plenty of room for everybody to spread out, and plenty of beds when it's time for bed. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare group meals. And the hot tub is great for relaxing at the end of a great day on the slopes. The only thing I wish the home had was wifi. Other than that, we love staying there, as this was our 3rd year in a row!

It was all about the view for us. We knew we had to have a stunning view! But of course, we didn't want to be isolated without a fun town to hang out in. We fell in love with Ellicottville, and the coffee shops, the shopping, the live entertainment and the perfect charm of the town!
