'The Final Run' is a spacious, 3 story, chalet tucked away on 5 tranquil & wooded acres, yet just 2 minutes to the Ellicottville Village. Our forest property gives you an off-the-grid feel, with deer often passing by. HoliMont skiing is only 1 mile from the chalet!

Great skiing!

We stayed for several days to ski and hang with family. Everything was great and it was a nice quiet location close to town and skiing!

Great ski weekend!

Enjoyed Stay Apres for a long weekend with great ski conditions. We loved the location, close to ski HV, Holimont and downtown. The home was clean and comfortable with lots of supplies and games. Tons of bedrooms and beds, with more than enough space for everyone. Dean made check-in super easy and quickly communicated and helped throughout the weekend. Such a beautiful backyard!!!

Exactly what we needed

My family was impressed with the spaciousness and the layout. Some nice touches and not just the usual ikea stuff. It was obviously built to be a vacation rental, so I won’t make a stink about the quality of the construction. Perfect location; close to lifts and town. All in all a great place to gather.

5 stars is incredibly accurate!

Everything about this stay was PERFECT! We had a full house and this cottage took into consideration its capacity. We never ran out of hot water, the tap water is delicious. The bathrooms were awesome - all 3 of them! Everyone commented on how comfy the beds were. We all slept amazing! The activities were a great touch, we played games all weekend long! Perfect location - we were surrounded by nature and saw deer running around outside our window. We loved the sauna and hot tub. There was all the kitchen utensils we needed. My only wish is we could have stayed here longer - such a lovely place! We hope to come back :)

Awesome place for a larger group stay

Beautiful house, within five minutes of main downtown area. Plenty of sleeping room and space to spread out without feeling crowded. Host was responsive and helpful to all concerns and questions during stay. One minor downside - lack of insulation means you can hear everything from anywhere in the home. With 14 people on site, it can make peaceful sleep or rest difficult. Overall, would definitely recommend and stay here again!

We had a great time at this house for a girls getaway weekend. The owners were great and the house is beautiful. Less than 5 minutes from the town. Highly recommend!

Perfect Spot, Perfect Fit

We had a large group come down for a celebration, and this house is exactly as advertised. Ample parking, slept everyone comfortably, all amenities were there. Dude need to worry about missing supplies such as plates, utensils, spice, firewood, ping pong supplies etc you name it. Dean was very responsive and the place overall was a huge success. Looking for another reason to get a big group together and head down.

Family vacation

The house was great !! We had 6 adults and 3 kids plenty of room for all of us . Ellicotville is a great little town , we did the roller coaster at holiday valley and we did a pool day there , and an hour away was Hidden Valley Animal Adventure. The host was great he answered my questions right away would highly recommend the place .

Nice stay

The house was very nice and clean. Plenty of room for our group that ranged in age from 2 - 83. The local town was just minutes away for groceries and essentials. We visited Niagara Falls, Kinzua Bridge State Park, and did a Pontoon Boat at Bemus Bay Water Toys (great prices and the nicest people ever). We enjoyed the fire pit with plenty of wood for our nightly fires. We even got to enjoy an evening in town, with music at the gazebo. Our only complaint was that the kitchen had no pantry or place to put all of our food items. We ate breakfast and supper at the house every night and had to leave our food items in the boxes we packed them in for the trip. Maybe a baker's rack would be a nice addition.

Great for a group!

Dean's place was great! There was plenty of room for our entire extended family and all of the bedrooms were even larger than expected. We especially loved the ping pong table, shuffleboard, hot tub and sauna! Tons of fun and an excellent stay.

family reunion

We selected this house for a family reunion and it was a perfect choice. The host provided a high chair and infant bed for our smallest ones. A nearby park offered a great place for kids to play and the kitchen area has lots of food storage space.

Beautiful Property, great for a large group

This property was a lot of fun! Tons of beds, so bring all your friends. The hot tub and games inside made it great for a weekend getaway. 5mins or less from downtown Ellicottville.

Weekend Getaway

We booked this house as a group of 7 friends for a weekend getaway and it was perfect! The house was clean and well stocked with just about anything you would need. The open floor plan was awesome and allowed for all of us to gather and hang out. We will definitely be back.

Perfect short stay

Very nice house. Perfect for our visit w friends and skiing at holiday valley. We enjoyed the ping pong table, sauna and hot tub. Kitchen was well stocked with appliances and even many basic spices and coffee filters. Property manager was helpful and got back to us promptly when we had a few questions. The driveway is steep and with fresh snow or ice you will need 4 wheel drive to get up and down it safely

Great place for ski trip

Great place for 3 adult couples on a ski trip. Very well stocked, comfortable beds, bedrooms were beautiful, and the whole place was warm and cozy. The “shot ski” was a nice touch. Hot tubbed every morning and evening. Dean was a great host and we’d rent again.

Quick family getaway

This was our first time renting through VBRO. The property was exactly how it was presented online. Inviting, clean and cozy. Great location! Easy, quick drive to village and Holiday Valley for some snowboarding. Owners were quick to respond anytime we reached out. We will definitely rent from these owners again!!!

Skiing in the rain.

Lovely home specifically designed for renters. Could sleep 16 easily but only 3 bathrooms. Our grand boys played ping pong and shuffleboard. The rain let up on occasion and the kids and their parents got to ski albeit in terrible conditions.
