You will have a private driveway and a private stairwell up to this perfectly designed vacation unit located separate from a downstairs unit.
The unit is designed and setup to be completely self-sufficient. Let yourself in, enjoy the amazing ocean views and sunsets, do your own laundry, take out your own trash (bins on property), and check yourself out all from the convenience of communicating via the app. There is a property caretaker that lives below the unit but they do not handle the management of the unit. All questions will be answered via our messaging on AirBnB or via phone for urgent matters.
We will do everything we can to ensure you have the most enjoyable, relaxing, productive, or adventurous time in Hawaii as possible. Please don't hesitate to send us a message!
There is a reason Puako is home to so many high end properties. The way it is situated perfectly on the west side of Big Island brings the perfect blend of pleasant (but not too strong) breezes, ideal water conditions for your favorite water activities and views of Maui across the ʻAlenuihāhā Channel.
Aloha! For the best way to explore the island, renting a car is the most convenient option, as it gives you the freedom to visit places at your own pace. However, if you prefer not to drive, the local bus system is an affordable way to get around, and you can easily catch an Uber, Lyft, or taxi for more direct routes.
Ceiling fans, portable fans, and a fresh island breaze through the windows will cool you off during your stay, but please note that the condo does not have air conditioning.
The condo offers plates, cooking supplies and serving sets, but please note there is only an induction stovetop and no oven. There is also a full size Weber grill on the deck.
Parking for up to 3 vehicles with a private driveway and private parking.
Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but we are not on site 24/7.
House Rules:
-No smoking in the property or on the lanai
-No pets are allowed on the premises
-No parties or events on the premises
-Please observe quiet hours of 10pm to 7am
-Please do not remove or rearrange any items, any damages or missing items will be charged to the guest.
-Additional guests not listed on the reservation are not allowed.
-Please keep the lanai door closed and the front door locked when you are not present in the unit.
-Respect the Neighbor Below: Please be mindful of the resident living beneath the rental unit. Avoid activities that could cause noise or disturbances, especially in the early mornings or late evenings.
