O apartamento é bem localizado, limpinho e como nas fotos , foi uma ótima experiência com 2 famílias e cada um no seu quarto e seu banheiro.O zelador muito prestativo e sempre por perto, o Pedro anfitrião já mandou mensagem antes para confimar tudo.Senti falta de alguns produtos básicos como papel higiênico, detergente e pano de prato, mas por perto existe muitos mercados e assim resolvemos essa questão.Em geral queremos voltar em breve.

Não temos nada de ruim a dizer sobre o imóvel ou sobre o proprietário, o imóvel é excelente, tudo conforme o anúncio, bem limpo e grande, com tudo que precisavamos para os dias da estadia. Ótima localização, duas quadras da praia, imóvel idêntico as fotos, zelador muito atencioso, prédio muito silencioso, ótimo para descansar . O Pedro é muito bacana . Eu a esposa e dois filhos passamos dias muito legais. Voltaremos!!

Apartamento muito bem decorado e mobiliado, parece que estamos em casa! A piscina no prédio, a churrasqueira na varanda e o ar-condicionado nos quartos foram tudo de bom na minha estadia. Tudo novinho e bem cuidado, o zelador Sidney muito prestativo, e o dono Sr. Pedro muito atencioso. O apto está de Parabéns.

Apartamente Excelente

Passei o natal com a minha família no imóvel. O dono foi muito prestativo e atencioso, o zelador do prédio é muito simpático e disposto a ajudar. A localização do apartamento é excelente, o apartamento estava muito limpo, sem cheiro de bolor, sem insetos, colchões novos, ar condicionado em excelentes condições, casa bem equipada, local espaçoso, ótima churrasqueira. Voltarei assim que possível.
