Relax with the family at this peaceful place to stay. This new home sits on nearly six acres that connects to the 1,395-acre English Hill State Forest. We are located on a dirt road with minimal traffic, mostly side by sides, ATV's or locals. Beautiful views of the night sky far away from the city light pollution. We are 15 miles from Letchworth State Park, "The Grand Canyon of the East". Swain Ski Resort is only a 10 minute drive! Come relax by the two private ponds & trails in the woods:-)

Use of the entire home.

All other buildings, sheds, or shelters are private and not for guest use.

If you're planning a stay during the winter months (November–April), please be prepared to clear any snow or ice from the steps and porch for safe access.
Our local weather can be unpredictable, and storms may arrive suddenly. We have a professional snow plowing service for the driveway, but this contract does not include shoveling walkways, steps, or salting for ice.
Shovels (and occasionally ice melt) are provided right by the front steps for your convenience.
