Casa de nueva construcción frente al lago. Totalmente amueblado en propiedad treed. Al final de la carretera privada, muy tranquilo!

Hay 3 dormitorios grandes en el segundo piso y 1 dormitorio grande en el nivel inferior (salida del sótano).

Muy cercano al Parque Estatal Letchworth, Charcoal Corral, Silver Lake Drive-in, Hole in the Wall Restaurant.

El gran porche abierto (junto al lago) tiene asientos cómodos en un extremo y una gran mesa para comer al aire libre.

Clean,warn, and cozy. This place was the perfect winter retreat. The hosts were very helpful with hints of the area as we stayed for a family wedding. The silver lafefront house had more than enough room for our family.

The house was absolutely beautiful, and the view was gorgeous. Everything was very clean. We had 7 in our group, and the accommodations were very comfortable for us. The location perfect as it was close to Letchworth State Park. Barbara the host was so good to work with. I would definitely suggest this house to anyone who is in the area.

Silver Lake Get-Away

The cottage/home is very clean and can accommodate a group easily in the kitchen/dining room and front room. Our favorite place was gathering on the veranda to eat, talk and watch the birds. Very nice experience.

We had a family wedding in the area and needed a place to accommodate 10 people comfortably and be able to enjoy the beauty of Silver Lake and the surrounding area. this place ticked all the boxes for us.The host was very easy to communicate with and let us know on move in day place was ready.Open floor plan on main floor with a beautiful porch the entire width of house looking out at the lake, plenty of seating and a large table out there to have meals at for all of us.The kitchen is large, big island and L-shaped countertop with 2 sinks and 2 dishwashers, nice set up for eating in.Great cottage and would not hesitate to stay here again.

Wonderful stay

A beautiful home on a beautiful piece of land. My family and I had an awesome time this past week at this amazing lakefront cottage. The owners were more than helpful, answering any and all questions leading up to the trip and making sure we enjoyed our stay. Even with some unlucky weather we were still able to keep the kiddos entertained and get a good taste of the lake life!

Beautiful home with room for everyone without feeling crowded. My Grandchildren loved being able to play in the lower level so their baby brother could sleep upstairs without waking him. The large kitchen has ample space for more than one person to prepare meals at a time. Most of the time was spent out on the beautiful back porch, enjoying the fresh air and looking out over the lake. The owners of the home were very accommodating, as our flight back home did not depart until later in the day. Very easy to get in touch with them if needed. The only regret is that it wasn't summer to go boating or on the lake.

Golf Getaway

We had a wonderful time staying at this property for a few days. The open space and ample bedrooms allowed for 8 adults to stay with ease. We traveled up to Oak Hill for some golf, so the 45-60 minute drive was no issue at all and allowed for us to get away from all activities when needed. Thanks!

Stunning lakefront property

A stunning, spacious home in the beautiful setting of Wyoming County. My family (husband, children, and grandchildren - 12 in total) had plenty of space in this four bedroom, 4 bath home. So new and well maintained. The owner is very pleasant and accommodating. A 5 star stay in everyway!

Great Family Stay

The lakehouse is beautiful and fun for all. Lots to do inside and out. Enough beds for all and the kitchen is well-appointed. No AC and flies and bugs at sunset can be an issue - just make sure screen doors are closed tightly to let air circulate. Not a lot of services in Perry, so grab what you need on way in. It's a lovely town.

Getaway with friends!

4 couples in their early 50s had a weekend away! Letchworth, football, chili, and games! The house was beautiful, 2 dishwashers and 2 sinks in the kitchen was awesome! The only downfall is that there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms upstairs. One couple used the bathroom upstairs with the tub but showered downstairs. 2 couples shared the other bathroom. bathroom.

Beautiful Lakefront Home

This property was perfect for our family's winter getaway this year! It was spacious, yet cozy to accommodate our large family (7 adults, 4 children). The kids had plenty of room to play and the adults could catch up (and watch the Bills game on Sunday)! The property is so close to Letchworth, that we made two visits during our stay. We really appreciated the kid friendly amenities including the kid size flatware, toys and puzzles and stools throughout the house. The property and view are beautiful; and the property manager communicated well. Our family enjoyed our long weekend trip, thank you!

Delightful retreat from 4 days of rain

Went to explore Letchworth State Park and encountered a string of rain-soaked days. Fortunately this home was so attractive, well-equipped and comfortable we still had an outstanding mini-vacation. Two friends rarely left the 2-sink, 2-dishwasher kitchen where they baked cookies and prepared most meals. Living room furniture was perfect for our group to watch movies. The views from nearly every window were stunning even against the endless gray skies. The layout of the house offered plenty of privacy and everyone slept well. Communications with owner couldn't have been better. We hope to return to explore the park another time and stay in this ideally located retreat again.

Big chill weekend

Great house in a great location. Four couples reliving and retelling our high school experiences from 54 years ago. Loved Letchworth State Park with hiking trails and exceptional views. Dinner at Glen Iris lodge and golf at Club if Siver Lake added to the week.

This property is a wonderful place to stay. Very few places on a lake give such a feeling of privacy and yet there are so many activities available. The hosts have great communication and maintain a superb home.
