A great home away from home. Having coffee on the deck while deer grazing in the back yard are just a few things you will not find staying at a hotel.

The host was excellent. He was commutative and provided a few little extras. He provided K-cups, half and half, water bottles and a few snacks. I definitely would stay again.

Perfect location for our plans. Easy on/off from I84. Great communication and easy check in & out. Will definitely stay again if our plans go this way. Appreciate the extra touches with coffee and snacks.

This was the perfect apt for our short stay in CT. Charles as awesome at communicating and at apt. Was spotless. It located in a quiet, cozy neighborhood. We would highly recommend and we hope to return when visiting CT.Thank you for coffee, creamer and breakfast bars!

This place is amazing. I've stayed in a lot of rentals and was really impressed. The owner even leaves out coffee, creamer, sweetener and to-go cups if needed. It was very clean and bright. Of course the scenery is beautiful. This is a great place for a couples getaway. I highly recommend.

Although our stay was cut short due to a snowstorm, the accommodations with Charles were great. We usually take a hotel room when down in Southbury visiting family. From here on we will certainly be staying with Charles. The accommodations were clean and comfortable and communication was good. ~Jeff
