We had a wonderful time!! It was nice to be able to celebrate our son and have family over for lunch. The space was absolutely perfect. We will be suggesting this place to other family and friends and may stay here again ourselves.

Foothills comfort

Quiet getaway in the Land of Enchantment. Sightseeing within minutes of home. Enjoyed coffee out on patio looking out at mountains and town below.

Wonderful stay at the foothills

We had a great stay! The place was very nice and central to our activities and family in ABQ. We had a nice time being able to play games in the game area and sit out on the patio. We would stay again.

Magical place!

VRBO’s messaging process is challenging

The property is lovely and the location is great. But VRBO parcels out the necessary info in such small increments that when exhausted travelers are trying to find the message that contains the access code on a phone screen after a long day …. Well, it’s not optimal.

Family wedding in ALB

What a great house! In town for a few days for my sis-in-laws wedding. The wide open living space, beautiful back yard with hot tub, and great gathering space around the pool table made this house perfect for us. Just the right number of beds and baths, located close to the mountains, and very responsive hosts. Highly recommend!

Perfect place to gather

Beautiful and spacious! Plent of room for all us. The kitchen had everything you need. We loved the backyard where we watched my great grandkids play. The pool table was a hit! Highly recommend.

Family time in a beautiful yard

We stayed at this property with several family members. The home is very nicely decorated and clean. The back yard had hummingbirds every day and we even saw a road runner come by. Definitely recommend! Hot tub was a nice bonus and there were no stairs for Grandma.

Beautiful sunsets every night

My family and I loved our time spent at this house. Every night we saw an amazing sunset, comfortable inviting backyard. The hot tub and pool table was a nightly thing for us to do. House was clean, comfortable and had everything we could ask for. Mark was an exceptional host and we would love to stay there again.

Relaxing Space for our Family Trip to Albuquerque NM

Beautiful and comfortable home for our stay in Albuquerque. Quiet neighborhood with an easy walk to a park and hiking trails. We loved eating outside at the backyard table, watching beautiful sunsets, twinkling city lights, and starry skies. Well appointed kitchen with so many extras like chilled water in the fridge, coffee bar, and spices for cooking. We had a great time with the pool table and enjoyed the hot tub. We definitely will consider staying here the next time we are visiting our family in NM.

Beautiful home near Sandia mountains

Great home with plenty of space and rooms for everyone! Nice patio with hot tub and views of the Albuquerque skyline! We were in town for the 4th and had an awesome time! Quick and easy communication with property managers. One small issue with ants in the kitchen but otherwise a perfect getaway! Lots of towels and comfy beds with nice linens in each room. Pool table in front room was fun! We will definitely be back and stay here again!

Mark and Cory are originally from San Francisco and Chicago respectively and, for the past 30+ years, have raised their four children in ABQ. Mark owns a real estate business and Cory works in a Walgreen's pharmacy but has a secret wish to start a fast food lunch restaurant that serves organic soup and sandwiches. We are both crazy idealists who understand our responsibility to make the world a better place. We bought this property as our retirement home once the remaining two kids are out of the nest. We love good food and music, engaging conversation, travel and outdoor activities with friends/family.
