Camina hacia las pistas, ¡muy espaciosas y hermosas!

Cocina y sala de estar principal, todas recientemente renovadas lujosamente y es hermoso.

Esta es una unidad muy grande con dos dormitorios enormes y una habitación con literas para los niños. ¡El dormitorio principal también tiene chimenea! Ambas habitaciones contienen múltiples camas y literas. Grande para varias familias o grupos grandes. Es un paseo cercano a las pistas o tomar el transporte justo en la puerta de entrada. Súper rápido y fácil de llegar a la montaña.

Bienvenido a la impresionante valle del río Loco y Sugarbush Village. Con corrientes de agua y montañas preciosas que no se puede pedir un mejor lugar en las montañas verdes de Vermont. Un gran lugar para pasar en cualquier momento del año.

A poca distancia de la Sugarbush Resort y toda la vida nocturna y restaurantes que tiene que ofrecer. Convenientemente ubicado en la calle de las piscinas y el spa del Sugarbush Health and Racket Club. A poca distancia de esquí / montar a caballo, bicicleta de montaña, raquetas de nieve y senderismo. Un viaje muy rápido lo lleva al magnífico Sugarbush Country Club.

Our party consisted of 2 families, a mix of adults and teens. The condo was perfect for us! 3 full baths, plenty of room to spread out, and better stocked than any other rental I have used before. Comfy couch, lots of games to play, and the sauna is very large and so nice. We really appreciated the washer and dryer to be able to clean stinky uniforms after a hot day on the fields. The owner, Tom was so friendly and helpful. He was great at communicating ahead of time and during our stay. We couldn’t locate the washer and he responded very quickly when I asked about it. And he very graciously let us check out late without any additional fees. The resort area is beautiful and so peaceful in the summer. We saw a mama bear and her 3 cubs and it was the highlight of our stay. We were in the area for a tournament so didn’t get to explore too much, but spent an afternoon at Warren Falls, less than a 10 minute drive and it was such a fun time, jumping off the cliffs and hanging in the swimming holes. I highly recommend this rental if you are looking to rent in this area!

A perfect home away from home, and an amazing host

Four of us stayed for two nights for the 2024 total eclipse. It could not have been more perfect. From the time we booked until we checked out, Tom was beyond responsive. He was so gracious about communicating places to visit, things to do, and most importantly, gave us a suggestion for an ideal spot to watch the eclipse. He was available by text message and phone call for the smallest question. I truly felt like I had a new friend by the time we left. The minute we walked in the door, the four of us felt immediately at home. The condo was clean, the layout functional, the kitchen well – stocked. We spent more time than I should admit sitting in front of the fire and chatting. We did use the sauna which was very fun. I can only imagine how great it would be after a day on the slopes. An unexpected and delightful bonus was the amazing art work throughout the condo. We assume it was done by a very talented family member, and it elevated our experience. We all agreed we would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We loved our stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at this Condo. Tom, the owner, was very helpful and provided great information and recommendations about skiing and the general area. The condo was really close to the ski mountain - making drop offs and pick ups of our kids very easy, and also close to the Sugarbush Health & Rec center for those in our party that wanted to use the gym. The property was clean, comfortable and well stocked. We'll definitely love stay here again!

Sugarbush escape weekend

We had a wonderful time. The condo was absolutely beautiful, well stocked and super clean. We were able to get together with our college aged daughter and her friend for some quality time with plenty of space for everyone. Tom was very responsive and helpful with any of my questions. I highly recommend :)

Stay at Sugarbush condo

Excellent stay on the mountain. Large and clean condo. Tom, the owner, was very responsive whenever we had a question. Highly recommend renting this unit!

Sugarbush ski trip

Tom was very thorough and easy to communicate with host. Property was well maintained, clean and well stocked with necessities and beyond. We were only 3 but property is plenty spacious for a larger family - two very nice size beds and 2 sets bunk beds, large main area, plenty of bathrooms. The PacMan machine was nice touch, spent some time on that. Nicely located being either 1-2 minute drive or 7-10 minute walk to base of Lincoln Peak and was nice and quiet. TV entertainment streaming options were good. The two Rinnai heaters got the house impressively and efficiently warm - if there was a minor nuisance it was that with where they were located it took a little work to get the desired temp balance between all the rooms. Overall though, really enjoyed our stay, would go back and would def. recommend the property and owner.

Sugarbush - December 2021

The condo was extremely clean, well stocked and very comfortable. A short ride to the mountain which was convenient. Tom was accessible and very helpful as we had a few questions about the TV. We are hoping to stay again in the future!

Great stay at Sugarbush for some spring skiing

Lovely property with plenty of room for families; within walking/skiing distance of Sugarbush Resort. We got lucky and had some snow for our trip. The property is spacious (can separate the kids & adults), and we really enjoyed the sauna! Highly recommended :)

A fantastic ski house!

My family stayed at Tom’s house for a long weekend ski trip and the house exceeded our expectations! Working with Tom was smooth and the house was as listed, very clean (and stocked with sanitizing wipes and pumps throughout the house), spacious and in a superbly ideal location to Sugarbush base village. It’s a two minute car drive or shuttle or even walkable. The house is equipped with every thing you need to manage dinner and entertainment for 3 kids. The sauna is a nice perk too! The house made our stay a hit and we look forward to staying here again!

The Sugarbush condo was perfect for our family. The condo was clean and spacious. The heaters and fire places worked great. The unit is walking distance to the slopes. The owner was a pleasure to work with. Highly recommended.

Awesome Mad River Valley Condo

Beautiful, spacious condo! Every bed was comfortable! Kitchen was upgraded and stocked with necessities. Location was perfect. Communication with owners was a breeze. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a fantastic ski weekend. Tom is super helpful.

The process was very streamlined. Access to the base of the mountain is by an easy walk or shuttle bus. You can ski close to the house on the village run and walk downhill along the road to get home.

Completely enjoyed our ski trip to Sugarbush which is less than a minute away. Plenty of room for our two family to spread out and relax after a day on the slopes.

Had a great long weekend at Tom's property. The new kitchen is terrific, tons of space and cozy lounging. Easy access to slopes and parking for the unit is right there. All in all an easy process and would return.

Fantastic unit less than 1 minute to the slopes

We stayed in Toms unit in January of 2019. It is literally a 45 second drive to the parking lot. We had 5 adults and 5 kids and were completely comfortable in the unit. Brand new kitchen and living space. Skied 5 days at Sugarbush. Got 8 inches of snow two days. Tom was a great owner helping us get everything we needed.

Great family ski weekend!

We stayed at Tom's place over New Years with another family. The condo is great and was very comfortable for 4 adults and 4 teens! There is so.much.space! Plenty of room in the well-stocked kitchen and we all really enjoyed the gas fireplace. Everything was very clean and we appreciated the large mudroom area to store all our boots, etc. I was a little worried before we arrived about the heaters keeping the place warm but this was absolutely not an issue at all. The location is also great - we jumped on the shuttle (which stops right outside the condo) each day to go skiing and were also able to walk to the Sugarbush Village shops and restaurants. We would not hesitate to stay here again!
