Beautiful home great location

Alex' house was perfect for us. The fenced in yard was great for our dog and the location is top notch. We could load up the beach wagon and take the short walk to the beach. Alex was extremely accommodating with several recommendations for us.

Great House, Great Location

We enjoyed staying at the house. It had enough room for dining and game playing. We used the front porch for morning coffee and evening activities and relaxing. The house is in a great location to walk to restaurants, Main Street, the beach, and baseball.Hope we can stay there again sometime!

Great summer week at the Cape

We loved the location, a short walk to the beach. We could even walk to downtown Hyannis for some exercise. Home was perfect for us with our adult children. Appreciated the beach chairs and also having a fenced in yard for our dog. Beautiful area with hydrangeas everywhere! Thank you for a lovely stay.

The house is absolutely beautiful, clean and very comfortable. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything you need. There was enough room at the dining room table for eight people comfortably with room for more. Perfect location for a short walk to Keyes beach and short drive to town and the ferries. Everything met or exceeded our expectations. The home was spacious, clean and well maintained. I loved the location, close to the beach and short drive to town. The kitchen was extremely well stocked! And very nice quality pots and pans. Our dog loved the fenced in back yard and i thoroughly enjoyed the front porch for my morning coffee. Comfortable House in Hyannis

We enjoyed our long weekend at this well maintained and comfortable house. The beach is very close and walking into town tow explore was no problem. Our hosts provided lots of useful information about the area and were responsive when we reached out. When we visit the area again, we will be checking to see if this property is available.

The house was immaculate. You can’t beat its location either…literally a block from the beach..a quick walk! Our party consisted of 6 adults and 2 children. We found the house comfortable. We were easily able to gather around the dining room table for meals together with room to spare. Owners were communicative and responded quickly to our questions.

Our family has been in Massachusetts since 1999, living in the Greater Boston area and owning a vacation house on the Cape. Occasionally, we rented out the Cape Cod house and had fun doing so! We had the chance to decorate and prepare the house, gain an understanding of guests' preferences while answering their questions, and meet so many new people. This experience let us deepen our knowledge about all aspects of hospitality, as well as life in general, on the Cape. As we quickly fell in love with Cape Cod, we also wanted to share our love with our guests.
As we are local, we are always available to help you, so you have an enjoyable stay!

Our house was handpicked and chosen thoroughly, considering feedback from our guests as well as our experience of life on the Cape! We've ensured that the house is located on the Nantucket Sound side of the ocean, which has the warmest waters on Cape Cod, and that they are in very close proximity to the beaches, giving you, our guests, the best experience possible. With such a central location on the Cape, you will have easy access to some of the best restaurants, activities, and sights available.
The location is unbeatable: 0.1 mi to the Nantucket Sound Ocean beaches with the warmest waters on Cape Cod; 0.4 mi to the Main Street of Hyannis with the best restaurants, activities, and sightseeing; 0.7mi to the Hyannis Harbor, offering trips to Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket, fishing and sightseeing cruises for kids and adults.
Please note that the Kennedy family compound is located on the same side and can be seen from our beach.

We believe that our large deck with comfortable furniture, BBQ, and fenced-in backyard will encourage you to spend quality time outdoors.
We provide high-quality bedding, linens, blankets, beach and bath towels, kitchen electrics, cookware, cutlery, coffee makers, pots, pans, dinnerware, flatware, etc. Also, we provide beach chairs/umbrellas, paper products, soap, shampoo, shower gel, hair dryer, laundry and dishwasher supplies, and propane for the grill.
