Esta casa de playa, perfectamente ubicada a pocas casas de una playa privada, se encuentra en un vecindario tranquilo ideal para paseos familiares en bicicleta. Esta casa cuenta con aire central, una gran sala familiar y 4 amplias habitaciones. También tiene una gran terraza para relajarse y cocinar en la parrilla Weber. Hay un amplio garaje y entrada para 4 autos. Disfrute de la comodidad de la ducha al aire libre después de un día en la playa. Con Internet de alta velocidad y un televisor de alta definición de 65 pulgadas (TV por cable) para que todos disfruten en la habitación familiar, ¡no podemos imaginar nada más que necesitará para aprovechar al máximo sus vacaciones en Cabo!

El área: cinco minutos a pie de Millway Marina, observación diaria de ballenas y alquiler de botes, excelente comida y bebida ubicada en el restaurante Mattakeese Wharf y el mercado de pescado fresco. Vaya al centro de Barnstable Village para comprar helados, tiendas y restaurantes o vaya a la cercana playa de Craigville.

This lovely Barnstable home was wonderfully spacious for seven adults, two children, seven and eleven, and a two year old! We used beach supplies provided, grilled on the rear deck, cooked meals in the well stocked kitchen and had plenty of room to eat together. The host even provided a clean and sturdy high chair. The location was great and close to everywhere we wanted or needed to go. Basement table games, card and board games, bicycles and beach accessories, televisions, WiFi and comfortable indoor and outdoor seating made boredom impossible, even during inclement weather. The host shared detailed information in advance and personally responded when needed. We all enjoyed our time together there.

Loved our stay in Barnstable. The house was perfect! All the amenities, Christmas decorations and plenty of room to play games, eat and relax with Family. Short walk to the beach, easy ride into town, and a little snow to make it festive. Would highly recommend this house and the hosts were extremely accommodating and responsive.

Our family of 6 adults and 2 littles were only in the area for a long weekend but couldn’t have been more pleased with the location, cleanliness, space and any amenity you would need in a rental. The furnished game room was an added bonus , although with the nice weather and short stay, we didn’t spend a lot of time inside. We appreciated the many tvs, comfortable beds, and plenty of seating, inside and out. Thanks again to the hosts for the great communication.

We could not have asked for a better place to stay for our entire family for the Thanksgiving week. This house had everything needed to accommodate 6 adults and 6 young children. Plenty of comfortable beds and bedding. Kitchen is very well equipped. Impressive amount of seating for meals together. Living room offered comfortable seating for relaxing and playing games. Downstairs game room was a lovely bonus. Peaceful, safe neighborhood for walking to the beach and riding the provided bicycles, such a treat! Amazing, responsive hosts. I highly recommend this wonderful home.

Our stay was wonderful. The property was in a fantastic location, which made everything easily accessible. Despite the rainy weather, we had a great time and truly enjoyed our experience. The rental had everything we could possibly need. We loved the fact the rental was only a 5 minute walk to some of the freshest seafood. We definitely celebrated our friend's 50th in style!We would love to return in the future.

Fun family getaway

The house was just as advertised, the hosts were responsive and very easy to work with, the location was unbeatable!! We had a fantastic little getaway during April school vacation… everyone from the Grandchildren up to the Grandparents had a wonderful time, can’t beat the neighborhood or the beach access . We hope to be back next year. Thank you!

Close to Everything!

A beautiful house in a lovely neighborhood. The house is so roomy and comfortable - our group of 7 enjoyed it so much. The kids hung out downstairs in the game room in the evening. Easy walk to the water and local restaurant for dinner. The hosts were extremely quick to answer questions. We look forward to coming back.

Great family vacation

Great house for our family of 10. 6 adults and 4 kids all under 5. House is spacious and was well equipped with all we needed. Great location, so close to the beach, playgrounds and restaurants.

We loved everything about our stay. The condo was beautiful and very spacious. When we arrived, we were met and given instructions and even helped us with our luggage. Loved having coffee on the balcony with a beautiful view of the ocean. The pool was very nice but a little disappointed they closed early around 7 PM There is a publix just down the road and a lot of great restaurants nearby. Having laundry on every floor was nice as well. I will definitely be back. this was really a perfect location.!

Beautiful house in great location

The house was in a great location and had all of the amenities for our family. It was an easy walk to the beach and a 20-min walk to downtown. The house included all of the amenities you would need and more.

Another wonderful stay

This is our second time spending a week at this property. Clean and well equipped. There was plenty to do both inside the house and nearby. So nice to be only a few minute walk from the beach. Kids said they had so much fun. Hope to be back here again soon!

Nice neighborhood and nice having private beach. Owner was very receptive. We only had 2 wash clothes and no dish towels and she has them delivered same day.

Owner/manager was very responsive. House is situated in a very quaint, quiet area near the beach however shopping convenience was only a 10 minute ride. House had great sleeping accommodations, a bonus game room in the basement and the plenty of bicycles in the garage. It was clean and comfortable, with everything you need for a successful golf trip to the Cape!

splendid vacation

Our family had a great time in this spacious Cape home. It really helped bring our family together and have lots of fun. What made it better was the games we had access too and the spacious rooms we were able to have to acquaint the little ones as well as the adults. This is a house we would visit again for the holidays for sure. The owners were very kind and responded quickly to our questions as well. Thank you for the memories!

Beautiful property a block from the beach!

The pictures didn’t do this property justice! Spacious and clean, and the manager was quick to respond when we had a question. Loved all the bikes and beach toys in the garage, and our three year old loved the closet full of toys, haha. The beach just a short walk down the road was so cool! Was fun to go at low tide and see all the wildlife scuttling around. The outdoor shower was extremely handy for getting the sand off. Amazing!

We had a great time, the house is beautiful, I enjoyed the jacuzzi, it’s spacious and comfortable.

The kids went for bike ride to the beach and candy store. Enough space for everyone to do their own things. Nice surrounds speakers for movie which we did a lot. Close drive and walk to a lot things. Thank you Danielle. I would definitely return, if given the opportunity. Thank so much 😊

The house is just seconds away from a private deeded beach and minutes away from some of Cape Cod's most beautiful public beaches. The neighborhood exudes Cape Cod charm and is safe and convenient for bike riding/jogging/strolling through the interconnecting neighborhood streets. And as for the house itself, the spacious open floor plan, the cozy cape feel, and endless storage sealed the deal!
