This charming brick cottage has been fully remodeled and thoughtfully furnished with everything a traveler might need for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

Dual Units:
The property features two separate units. Your unit is located on the first floor, with a private entrance from the backyard, while the second unit is on the second floor and has an entrance from the street. To ensure a peaceful stay, we’ve installed high-quality soundproofing foam in the ceiling, so you won’t hear noise from the upstairs unit.

Spacious Backyard & Outdoor Amenities:
The backyard spans nearly an acre and feels like a private park, complete with towering trees and a picturesque stream. You can enjoy the serene views from the bench near the entrance, or you can use two lounges to enjoy the nature - in this area the weather is good almost every day!

Additionally, there is a shared BBQ area in the yard equipped with a round table, chairs, and another grill. This space is shared with guests staying in the second unit.

Kitchen & Dining:
The kitchen is well-appointed with stainless steel appliances and stocked with utensils, plates, pans, pots, toaster, and common cooking spices. A washer, dryer, and laundry detergent are also conveniently located within the unit.
