This Lake Martin condo checks ALL the boxes! Come stay at this wonderful 3 bedroom 2 bath unit at North Lake Condo Club.....amenities including 2 small pools, a playground AND GREAT BOAT SLIP WITH YEAR ROUND WATER!! Sliding glass doors from living room and master bedroom give you easy access to covered patio with nice courtyard view of the pool, playground, lake and boat slip. Easy access to HWY 280 making it super convenient to Auburn, Birmingham and Atlanta!

Ground floor unit convenient to pools, playground and steps from water!
2 pools (open during daylight savings time only), playground, boat slip, lake & community grill area all within steps of the condo.
Other things to note
Boat ramp on site and can be used during full pool (April-September). During winter pool, please use River North Marina (conveniently located nearby)
