Amazing location!

This cozy, lake front condo is ready for your getaway to beautiful Lake Martin. Centrally located right off of 280, the condo is nestled less than 10 miles from the heart of Alexander City and is a quick, 45 minute drive to Auburn University. Lake Martin’s popular activities such as Peanut Point, Chuck’s pizza, Chimney Rock, and Goat Island are all just a boat ride away!

Guests can take advantage of the private boat slip with on-site boat launch or hang out by the newly installed pools. There are grills and picnic tables on site as well as a newly renovated play area for the kids!

This is a private, 3 bed/2 bath condo located on the 1st floor for easy access to parking. It features a full kitchen plus a keurig so you can enjoy a lakefront sunrise with a fresh cup of coffee! The bedrooms are made up of 1 king sized bed, 1 queen sized bed, and a bunk bed. The bathrooms include shower/tub combos. All TVs have on-demand streaming services available through the condos guest wifi.

This condo provides the perfect combination of fun and relaxation. We cannot wait for you to come enjoy all it has to offer!

**Renters must be 25 or older. Quiet hours are enforced from 10pm-8am.

**No pets allowed. Pets brought on-site without permission are subjected to a $500 fine.

The condo was very clean and spacious. Unfortunately there is quite a bit of maintenance that needs to be done. The master closet doors stuck so badly you couldn't hardly open and close them. Only one bedside lamp worked. Like I side it was a nice unit if something was done on maintenance.We did enjoy our stay overall.

We stayed at this condo for 3 nights for an Auburn graduation. We needed a 3 bedroom and Auburn was mostly booked out and extremely expensive, so we thought staying at the lake would be a great option. Communication with Griff was excellent and he allowed us early check in, which was a huge plus. The apartment was stocked with plenty of paper products, k cup pods, sweetener, dish soap, bath soap and shampoo/conditioner. It was so nice to sit out on the balcony with a cup of coffee. I would say the negatives are that some of the towels and washcloths should be replaced because of stains, the sheets were pilly, the bunk bed is a bit creaky, walls are thin and the nearby highway is noisy. Overall, the apartment worked for what we needed it for.

perfect location

Centrally located near Alex City and 280 this condo was perfect for our 4th of July lake trip. The condo was clean and appointed with everything we needed. The owner was easily accessible and responded to questions quickly. We also appreciated the dedicated boat slip and parking space.

Good location to be on the water with a boat

We enjoyed our stay - beds were comfortable and plenty of towels. Nice view of the pool and a little bit of the lake also. Parking lot was tight but it cleared up after the weekend.

Nice property

Overall, our stay was good. The master bedroom was much hotter than the rest of the condo and the window air conditioner was loud if you ran it at night. The property is very well kept and easy access to get to Auburn.

Nice stay by the lake

The family stay was enjoyable. Nice view of the lake and swimming pool on the balcony. Enjoyed the pool with the toddler and he had some fun on the swings. Appreciated the wide selection of apps on the TV. Grif, the host, was very quick to respond to questions through the VRBO app.

Great stay!

I travel to the area for business monthly. Decided to ditch the local hotel scene (terrible experiences) and try VRBO on Lake Martin. Best decision ever! The host made sure I had everything and checked in on me. I will only stay with VRBO again when traveling to the area.
