Welcome to The Getaway at Lake Martin. This cozy, clean 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom. The condo itself is ground level- THERE IS ONE FLIGHT OF STEPS FROM THE PARKING LOT LEVEL DOWN TO THE GROUND LEVEL, once in the condo there are no steps inside. The condo is LAKE FRONT! You can just walk right out the living room doors to the lake:) Located in the Stillwater Resort Community which is a gated golf community. There are community pickle ball courts, pool, a full service marina & a playground for you to enjoy during your stay!
Walk right out of the condo to the lake and to your very own BOAT SLIP! The boat slip is an end slip in calm waters! The condo has a full kitchen: stove, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer with ice maker. It is full of dish ware, pots & pans etc. There is a cozy living room with a 55 inch smart flat screen TV!
The condo has 2 patios that are ground level where you can sit and enjoy the lake life. Grab your coffee In the morning & watch the sun rise while hummingbirds fly by!
There is a gated pool for Sunset Cove guests (key in condo), three grills and a picnic area where you can have dinner & enjoy the lake!
The Golf course has a full service restaurant on site where most Friday nights there is live music.

Only 1/2 hour from Auburn! Come and stay for the home games, family vacations, reunions, or romantic getaways!
We will offer a long term rate- up to 3 months just message us and we will work it out!

Excellent location with great access to the lake. Apt sits at ground level which allows you to sit outside sipping coffee and enjoying the view. Everything was very clean and organized. Would definitely book another stay.

We enjoyed our stay!

The unit was very nice and the perfect location. Close to the marina and in a quiet cul-de-sac. The hosts were easy to communicate with and the check in/check out process was great.

Family Lake Trip

This property was adorable. Well equipped with everything you could possibly need. The boat slip was a great bonus. Close to many restaurants, golf and tennis. Yvette and Larry were great hosts with excellent communication. We will definitely book again!

Beautiful location in a gated community on Lake Martin! Short drive to Auburn. Check in instructions were very clear and easy to follow. The property is clean and well cared for.

We take pride in our condo! It is in a wonderful location and centrally located to so much! The condo comes with a boat slip for the renter to use for their stay.

Our condo is ground level, once you are in it you can just open the doors and walk right out to the lake where you have your very own boat slip!
