Great stay

Great location and neighborhood, clean home with plenty of linens and supplies, nice family space to hang out and be together as well as great outdoor area to enjoy. We ate most our meals outside and enjoyed the beautiful spring weather. Owners were helpful and available.

Amazing Experience! Will stay again!

The entire process was well organized from the initial reservation to the check-out! I can't say how welcoming the neighbors were to us as they made it feel like home! I would highly recommend this VRBO.

Absolutely Loved It

The property was wonderful and the perfect place for a young family. Location was ideal for a zoo and botanical garden day as well as a great place to return to after a long drive and day hiking in Sedona. The backyard was a wonderful place to relax and the house offered all the amenities we needed. We would rent this property again if we were to come back!

We all wanted to buy this place!!!

My brother and I with our respective families stayed here for Thanksgiving and we could not have been happier. You will never find another kitchen so well stocked with small appliances, dishes, serving platters and utensils. Great spaces inside and out. With three full bathrooms, it served our needs well. The best part, of course, was our host, Steve. Friendly, responsive and professional. We can't wait to go back. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Family Visit

We looked for a place that could hold 8 family members during our visit to see our son and family in Phoenix and to enjoy some time off. We spent a long time on line trying to find the best place at a reasonable price and the we found “Phoenix House w/Patio 1-Block to Public Transport” at the Evolve Website. We didn’t need a pool since our son has one so after three hours of looking we found what turned out to be the best accommodation anyone could ask for. As it turned out only 5 minutes from our son and family. The pictures on the website ultimately sold us but the actual house was wonderful. Our host Steve was super too. The two bedrooms with twin beds and the other two with full size beds was perfect since our one daughter was traveling with her son. The facilities were superior. From the kitchen to the wide open patio complete with gas fire pit and gas grill with ample seating just made it perfect. We can’t say enough good things about the house. It made the trip perfect. Thank Steve and crew for all the help and friendly reception. We couldn’t ask for a better place to stay.

Spring Training 2019

The house was great, met our needs, greatly exceeded our expectations. Very good location for us, house was immaculate. Steve was a very gracious host gave us all sorts of great ideas for places to eat, which were all very close. Fire pit was really nice, great place to sit around with the family and talk in the evening.

As advertised and more...

From meeting us personally upon arrival to instantly responding to our questions and a couple (very minor) issues, our hosts were absolutely the best. The home itself was the perfect venue for a gathering of 6 old college buddies to reunite. A comfortable great room as well at the outside space, hilighted by the fire pit, gave us ample venues to hang out and relax. No corners were cut in furnishing and appointing this getaway. You won’t be disappointed.

Very nice home, clean, safe, great outdoor spaces and the host was very helpful and attentive.

Totally enjoyed our long weekend here in Phoenix and one of the main reasons was because of this house and our Host! Great location to hiking, restaurants and downtown. Really cool neighborhood with access to public transportation and greenways.

Great house for family reunion. Plenty of space and warm decor

I wonderful home in quiet neighborhood. Large open space in kitchen, living room and dining area. Back patio is a restful place for morning coffee or ending the day by the fire. Steve the manager is very responsive and a great host.

Fantastic Property-easy drive to downtown

Awesome house. It has everything you will need. Backyard is awesome with firepit and covered porch. Plenty of towels, rags and linens. More than enough dishes and utensils for cooking. Hosts are awesome and as accessible as you need them to be and very communicative. I've stayed at several HomeAway properties. This one has been my favorite by far! When I have the opportunity to return to Phoenix I will definitely be using this property again!

Clean, stylish, friendly and convenient

Six of us stayed at this wonderful house. Four adults and two kids. The owners were accessible for some really minor needs - while it was nice to have them so easy to contact, nothing big actually went wrong while at the house. It's modern, clean, very comfortable and well-stocked. We definitely recommend this property to others and we certainly will attempt to stay here again if the occasion arises.

Outstanding Accommodations

My son and I stayed at the house while he attended New Student Orientation at ASU. The house is conveniently located close to Tempe, Arizona in a quiet and safe neighborhood which made this a great place to stay. The house was immaculate and the owners were fabulous. The owners offered great suggestions on where to eat and what to do in the area. On our last day, the owners brought over a bouquet of gardenias from their garden. They made us feel very welcome. I plan to be back since my son will be attending ASU in the Fall.

We didnt want to leave. Wow Wow Wow!

Wow wow wow. We have stayed at several rentals, also in Phoenix, and this experience beat them all. Amazingly generous and kind hosts + spectacular home + beautiful furnishing + great space + smart lay out + great outdoor living area + beautiful bedrooms and bathrooms + well equipped kitchen + outdoor grill + firepit + beautiful garden + pretty quiet street. I am not sure when to stop writing about all the things we loved about this home. We were staying here with my large family and even though we were many it still felt very private for each of us plus we just loved hanging out here. Plus Steve and Roy are so warm and wonderful and welcoming. I can't recommend this home highly enough. We'll certainly come back. Thank you, Steve and Roy for creating such a beautiful experience for us.

Gorgeous accommodations

This is an exceptional house with beautiful and functional furnishings, a quiet and convenient location and service by the owner that is second to none. We likely will stay here again when the occasion arises. While we were there in a party of 6 (2 kids under 10, parents and grandparents) the house could comfortably accommodate more. Owner Steve was available, helpful and not intrusive. The house was sparkling clean inside and out. We really appreciate this opportunity to stay there.

The Property was lovely.

They property was awesome. The property was clean and well maintained. It was more beautiful than the photos. It fit the needs of our large family. The Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook for the family. Steve the owner was so easy to deal with. His hospitality was greatly appreciated. We were in town for a wedding but also enjoyed hiking the mountains. We also enjoyed eating at LaPiniata.

Above and Beyond Hospitality!!

I planned a surprised party for my husband and 10 of his buddies to visit Phoenix and go to the Waste Management Open. The House was clean, comfortable in a quit safe neighborhood. It’s in a great location with walkable restaurants near by. Steve and Roy are incredible host that even fulfilled my one request of having a cake for my husband there when he arrived! I couldn’t have asked for a better place to rent for a large group of guys! We will definitely rent again!

Awesome home!
