Brand new stylish home in a new upscale subdivision with mountain views in Lynchburg Virginia.
Centrally located only 2 miles from Wards Rd and Hwy 29, Liberty University and 460. Two story home with an enormous kitchen, that opens to the dining room with high ceiling foyer in the main living space. Gourmet kitchen features range with double oven, quartz countertops, pantry and large entertaining island. Master suite is on the main level with lavish bath. Two other bedrooms are located on the main level with full bathroom. Upstairs has the 4th and 5th bedrooms with a full bathroom. There is a covered patio in the back of the home. Main level laundry room.
There are two bedrooms with King size beds, two bedrooms with Queen sized beds and a bedroom with 2 sets of bunkbeds.

The home is an excellent space for having a family or group. Bedrooms are nice the home is decorated well. It is much more convienant to Liberty University than the city. However its still nto a bad drive.

Stayed here with a group of school students touring the university. It was a wonderful stay and convenient driving times to/from university for activities just a few minutes away. Kitchen/bathrooms are fully stocked with everything you need. Beautifully decorated and open kitchen/living area/deck area for large group to gather comfortably. Host was helpful and quick to respond to any questions.

New Neighborhood,

I was a little disappointed for the cost and having cabinets missing as well having an extension cord hanging from the TV to the wall in a way that was not safe for children. In addition the handle on the drawer for the kitchen silverware was not attached completely. There were cobwebs on the back porch as well as under the Livingroom cabinet where we were retrieving some small balls the children had rolled under it. The blanket on the Master bed has holes in it and lastly the master shower had white soap scum on the floor. The house is clearly a fairly new property and has the potential for a perfect 5 star review, but these things need to be addressed and fixed.
