We stayed here for two weeks and it was the perfect home base for our family. The house was spacious enough for four adults and a child to live comfortably without feeling cramped. Being able to bring our dog, Cocoa, made a world of difference—the 'Dog-Friendly' label is accurate and the pet fee was very reasonable for a 14-night stay. The location in Sammamish is peaceful and well-situated. Highly recommend for families looking for a quiet, reliable place to stay.

We had a wonderful stay at the property. The home has a large backyard and is in a quiet neighborhood near outdoor attractions. The beds were comfortable, the house is well-stocked, and the location is a short drive from shops, cafes and grocery stores. Communication with the owners was easy and check out was a breeze.

We needed a place to accommodate multi-generational comfort and this house was perfect in both space and amenities. It's location to stores, parks, and a quick route to get to downtown Seattle made this family gathering a huge hit!! Nice 3 bedroom unit in a quiet neighborhood a half block from a great “walking in the woods” park with ferns, Douglas firs, redwoods, and a picturesque lake. The kitchen had everything we needed.

Family-friendly home in the woods

Our family had a wonderful time at this home surrounded by lush lawn and woodsy forest. The house is well stocked and very comfortable. The hosts are amazing! The bedrooms are spacious and the beds are cozy. Everything was in perfect working order. The home is in a quiet neighborhood with a yard featuring a hammock, porch swing and lovely seating. We enjoyed exploring nearby parks and being close to shops, restaurants and cafes while still being far enough away from the hustle and bustle to enjoy the peaceful surroundings.
