Laurie's beautiful property was perfect for our recent family vacation in Cape Cod. The house is perfectly located close to shops, restaurants, Maine street and the Hy-Line cruises.The view of the harbor is breathtaking!! Great View and Location

Loved the water views from both floors. Loved the location as it's so close to many things in Hyannis. For we 4 women in our 60's we drove to everything, but for younger walkers you can easily get to the ferry and eateries. Pictures of the property are spot on. It's a place to enjoy with friends or family gatherings. Only reason for "good" rating is the property needs some minor TLC, but we thoroughly enjoyed our girl's visit to Hyannis and we will return.

Great location

This property was just as the pictures online indicated. The home is very nicely decorated as well as stocked with everything we could possibly need for a week’s stay. The location is excellent within a short walking distance to the ferry, several restaurants, and ice cream. The small sandy area was good for the littles to build sand castles and they enjoyed watching all the boats coming in and out of the harbor.

Fabulous Place

Our family group of six adults and two kids had a wonderful stay at this beautiful Hyannis property. It was so nice to wake up in the morning and enjoy coffee on the deck, watching the boats and ferries. The house came with kayaks and a small boat, and we took those out a few times. It also has a dock, which was perfect for when we rented a boat one afternoon. It took us about 15 minutes to walk from the house to Main Street in Hyannis. Grocery stores were about a 10 minute drive away.

Girl's Weekend

Good time had by this group of 8 women who have been friends for more years than we want to admit. Open layout allowed for great space to gather around the table, cook in the well equipped kitchen and lots of comfortable seating to sit around catching up on everyone's lives enjoys lots of laughs while enjoying the waterview. Lots of comfy beds and great layout to give all plenty of space. Will definitely consider top of list for next year.

Great spot for extended family and kids!

We had a great week! Can’t beat location with easy access to sand and water (bay) for kids to play. A number of nearby ocean side beaches that are really beautiful. Parking pass for the day was 25 for public beaches but gives you access to all 8-10 beaches in the area. And each are a little unique. Property is walkable to restaraunts, ferries to MV and ice cream. We took well advantage of the nightly ice cream walks. The house has ample space. We had 6 adults and 4 kids (4-9) and it was notCramped in the least. Property owner is responsive and helpful. Thanks! We had a great time.

Picturesque scenery!

We stayed here in March so we knew it was likely to be cold & we wouldn't want to go outside. We did, however, spend a lot of time in the living room, enjoying the ocean view out the sliding doors. There was plenty of space in the house & the kitchen was well equipped. Laurie was very nice, helpful & responsive.

This is quite the location! You overlook the harbor straight out to the main body of water. The ships pass all day....and plenty of sailboats and fishing boats. The town is within a 5 minute walk. The Shaws is 10 minute drive.....along with other shopping needs. There is a large room upstairs that was perfect for our 4 kids and 5 adults. We had two rainy days of vacation....and had a perfect time playing games and hanging out enjoying the view.

Family Vacation

Family members from Oregon, Montana & NY met for a week in Hyannis Port. There were 6 adults, 2 teens & a 6 year old. We all loved having our own private beach. And enjoyed all the bird & boat activity. The kayaks (that came with the house) were fun entertainment. The cute downtown area was walking distance with a variety of restaurants. We took the fast ferry to Nantucket one day for a fun excursion. And drove to Provincetown one day for a sail boat ride. We specifically chose not to be busy every day so we could enjoy this comfortable place on the bay. It was good planning. We all enjoyed our week together at this home. Thank you Laurie.

Perfect location in the Cape

Wonderful family vacation. House is beautiful and in a great location. Plenty to do for all ages . Our teens had a great time kayaking, swimming and walking to town. The adults and grandparents enjoyed spending time on the deck and walking to Spankys! Easy walk to the ferry and spent a day in Nantucket. Laurie was an amazing host! Will definitely stay here again.

Life on the water

This beautiful house sits directly on Lewis Bay. The views are exceptional! A small private beach is steps from the back door, and we enjoyed paddle boarding, kayaking, and swimming with ease! We loved the large windows affording views of the bay from our living area and bedrooms. While walking distance from the restaurants and shops of Hyannis Harbor, this is a surprisingly quiet and private location. Our family, and friends who came to visit, loved it!
