Property includes five decks, one facing East, one facing West, two facing the Ocean and one on the edge of the Ocean. The Ocean front deck that the owners call the “Sunset” deck” has seating for Eight and catches the last rays of the sun each day. It is a wonderful place to end the day listening to the sound of the ocean while enjoying your favorite beverage.
The home sits on three quarters of an acre. The front yard facing ocean has in excess one half acre of lawn for all kinds of games such as bad Mitton, volleyball, wiffleball and touch football as well as lawn chairs to just relax and enjoy the sun.
