This was one of the best condos we’ve stayed in at PCB! The layout and decor of the condo were absolutely beautiful and view was unmatched. Only negative was the Tidewater elevators, but that had nothing to do with the condo! 10/10!

Elevators were not a problem, check-in was easy and staff was very nice and helpful. Plenty of space for the 7 in our group, clean, and view was amazing ! Would deff stay here again !

Wonderful

The kids and family loved it. Loved the pool and beach wish we could have stayed longer. Very friendly residents at the resort and staff were very playful with the toddlers. Definitely would stay again. Only problem was the road being worked on out front.

This is a great rental property! We loved the view from all the huge windows and enjoyed our time here! Only downside was the elevators are extremely slow and the wait can be horribly long at times

Beautiful condo with great views! We would recommend it and love to stay in this particular unit again. Many amenities, especially the gym, were an added plus for our stay.

Wonderful stay

Easy to rent property, checking in/out was easy as well. The property was absolutely beautiful and getting up every morning and being able to look at the beach was phenomenal. Did not want to leave.

That view...

This condo is very nice. The view and the windows that allow the view are amazing. We enjoyed the wrap-around balcony, the swivel rockers in front of the floor-to-ceiling windows, and the fully stocked kitchen. The condo could definitely use some updating. Walk in tile showers and updated vanities in the bathrooms would be ideal. Lastly, the beds were pretty saggy. However, we would absolutely stay here again.

Family Trip

The property itself was amazing. Elevators were not great, but to be expected with a condo of that size. The only complaint is the umbrella rental company. The owner of that was impossible to deal with as far as placement of beach chairs.

Spring Break Family Vacation

Our FL and VA family met up in PC beach for Spring break and had a wonderful time. The condo was clean, beautifully decorated and comfortable. It was conveniently located in walking distance to the pier shops and activities. The beach was beautiful and the staff was nice. The only recommendation I have for the condo was to upgrade to larger more updated TVs.

Perfect

The view is AMAZING!!!! VERY roomy. The only complaints we had was there aren't enough elevators in the building which the owners can't fix anyway. I would absolutely stay here again!!

Family and friends get-away

The condo was clean and beautifully decorated (could use a few more baking pans in the kitchen- we ate in for all our meals). Beach was awesome. BUT- beware of the elevators. I know this NOT a reflection on the owner, but be prepared to use the stairs or for long waits for the elevator. Great location to restaurants, the pier, etc.

Great Condo

This well appointed condo had everything we needed in the kitchen to bake, cook and drink! Enough comfortable seating for my family and a large TV for the non-beach times. It has a fantastic view with wraparound windows. The beds were all very comfortable with pretty linens. It had a full sized washer and dryer which is important when drying towels! My only complaint was that the indoor pool and the hot tub were both shut down for maintenance while were were there.

The unit is gorgeous! Unit is just as pictured in advertisement. Kitchen had everything you need and then some. Beds were comfortable. 2 master bedrooms was a wonderful surprise! The balcony had the most amazing sunsets. Well be back again & again! Thanks for such a great stay!

Summer 2023

The condo was very large and comfortable for a family of 9. It was clean and had pretty much everything needed. I would recommend taking a couple of towels, we had to wash them often to keep up and also take beach towels.

Good but…

The place was great, but the elevators are atrocious. Everyone checks in and out at the same time and it’s over an hour wait for an elevator. Otherwise, place is good and enjoyed the stay. The condo has great views and lots of clean spacious rooms.

Perfect place for our group of 10

We enjoyed our week stay here. Perfect location just outside of the busy part of PCB but close to the places we wanted to go see. It was a perfect size for our group of 10. Check-in went pretty smooth. There is a walk way from the parking garage to the check-in desk on floor 2. Check-in time gets VERY busy!! Elevators can get congested and take a while but we were never in too much of a hurry. Overall, it was a very nice place to stay!

Christmas Vacation

Perfect location. Great size for a family of 6. One bedroom and the bunkbeds had windows that had outside lights that prevented the rooms from being dark at night. Black out shades would be better there. One of the swivel chairs didn't swivel and one of the toilets ran. The elevator, which everyone complained was slow, didn't give us any issues. Overall, it was an exceptional place for us.
