Very nice, well-equipped and well-kept condo in the Summer Beach complex. Great location, with access to the beach, shaded pool, and short drive to groceries, restaurants and bars. The outside of the complex can use some cosmetic updates, but my understanding is that is scheduled to take place this fall. I would stay here again.

This is a really nice condo in a very family friendly environment. The beach is incredible with easy access right in front of the condo. Great view from the covered patio. The management is very responsive and helpful. We will definitely be back next year!

Felt just like home!

The condo was perfect for our annual beach week! It was stocked with everything we needed + more! Very convenient to the boardwalk. The beds were comfortable and the living room furniture was perfect for rainy afternoons watching movies!

Amazing Location

Great place! Complex was very well taken care of. Short walk to beautiful beach. Communication was good with owner, she was very helpful all thru the process. Highly recommend.

Beautiful long weekend getaway

This property made for a beautiful long weekend getaway for a group of women. Very easy to locate, well appointed property, and beautifully decorated. Convenient first floor walk-out access to the boardwalk down to the beach. We loved watching an afternoon storm roll in from the covered back patio. Would recommend for a relaxing, beach focused getaway!

Perfect beach vacation

Love Love Love this condo. It was perfect for my three adult sons and our dog. The owner always responded to any messages that I sent. Great condo, very clean and just as nice as the photos that are posted. I’d definitely stay here again.

Birthday/retirement trip

Brought my mom for a long weekend to celebrate her birthday and also retirement. It was our first time to Amelia island and we will be back for sure! The place was exactly as described, great location, quick walk to the beach! Super clean and had all the necessities. Our flight home was delayed and we were able to extend the trip, Tamila was very responsive and a great host!
