Superbe condo en bord de mer vient d'être rénové

Récemment rénové et situé dans le South Seas Tower 3, ce condo en front de mer de deux chambres à coucher et de deux salles de bains dispose d'un balcon panoramique offrant une vue magnifique sur le coucher de soleil au nord-ouest de la plage de Tigertail. Aucun détail n'a été oublié et aucun sou n'a été épargné lors de la rénovation de ce condo. La cuisine dispose de comptoirs en granit, de revêtements de sol, d’armoires et d’éclairage sur mesure. Il y a un Hamilton Beach Grill électrique!

Le salon dispose d'un canapé-lit confortable, d'une grande télévision à écran plat haute définition HD et de nombreux sièges confortables. Les deux chambres disposent d'une télévision à écran plat. La chambre principale a un lit king-size et la chambre d'amis a des lits jumeaux. Le maître a une salle de bain personnalisée et un immense dressing. Ce condo unique en son genre plaira même aux voyageurs les plus sélectifs.

Ce condo est situé dans une communauté fermée magnifiquement aménagée avec un centre de fitness, des courts de tennis, des terrains de pickleball, une grande piscine chauffée et des quais pour bateaux.

This place is terrific! Newly updated, views of beach and stunning sunsets. The pool is clean and was busy enough to be fun but not crowded. Location cannot be beat, close to everything but beach feels remote. About three quarters of a mile walk to surfside but it’s an easy trip. Highly recommended.

Very limited supplies is the only reason not giving 5 stars. No extra toilet paper, dishwasher tabs, wash clothes, etc.

We provide an initial starter kit of essential items—including toilet paper and a roll of paper towels—to assist you upon your arrival. However, guests are responsible for replenishing these supplies as needed throughout the duration of their stay. With regard to the washcloths, we certainly could have supplied more for your stay if requested or updated during your visit. We are glad to hear that you enjoyed your stay otherwise.

Beautiful condo unit with all the amenities! Very up to date and comfortable. Incredible sunset view

We really loved this condo and the gorgeous views! The building and hallways were a little dated and tired looking, but the condo was beautifully updated and had everything we needed from kitchen items to beach equipment!

Peaceful enjoyable stay

The views from the balcony are breathtaking. Tigertail Beach is perfect for relaxation, long walks and shelling. The property is well equipped and maintained. The building is undergoing needed hallway renovations, but this didn’t interfere with the enjoyment of the property. Excellent, peaceful, enjoyable stay.

Wonderful

Fantastic views of the Gulf and sunsets. Also very clean, quiet and peaceful. Thank you for sharing your part of paradise! Only negative to speak of is the pool lady - we witnessed multiple unfriendly bossy moments to guests, including to ourselves. If it wasn’t for her obnoxious presence around the pool, we would consider coming back, but unfortunately we probably won’t. Many others staying in the same buildings spoke the same, so we figured it’s important to note.

Beautiful property

Enjoyed our stay at the SST 3. Beautiful views, clean property. Newly renovated kitchen was nice, clean floors, bathrooms. Beautiful lighting accent in bathrooms. Had beach buggy( very helpful) but purchased a new metal umbrella “hook” for the beach (left for future renters) and laundry unit is near elevator. Communication was slightly difficult as when trying to ask questions prior about current construction, beach accessories available for use (messaged a month prior to booking) & never received a response..Besides that it was a very pretty condo very nicely renovated in a safe secure area with nice walking grounds to local restaurants.

We love Marco Island and South Seas condos. This condo was perfect. There are amazing views from this 16th floor end unit with wrap around lanai. The condo was very clean and well stocked. We hope to go back.

Beautiful on the beach condo!

We loved everything about our stay at this beautiful condo on the beach. It’s equipped with anything you’d need to feel right at home. Super clean, nice beds and bedding, and everything new! Gorgeous sunsets and ocean front balcony...about 1/4 mile from condo to water but an easy ten minute beach walk. Great location to restaurants too. Would stay here again in a minute!
