Located in the beautiful South Seas gated resort style community, our stunning, updated 18th floor, tower 3 condo sits high above the shimmering Gulf waters, overlooking the natural beauty of Tigertail Beach and the large heated pool. We are perfectly situated to enjoy the magnificent sunsets fading into the Gulf from the expansive balcony. If you are looking for a relaxing or invigorating beach adventure, look no further! Marco Island has many activities for guests to enjoy. In addition to miles of white sandy beaches, there is a movie theatre restaurant, mini golf, bike rentals, parks, fishing, shelling and dolphin charters, boat cruises, a historical museum and a multitude of other waters sports options for guests of all ages. We are close to the Everglades and Naples as well. Our condo is walking distance to several island favorites including Dorene's Cup of Joe!

Wonderful condo with striking view

A wonderfully-maintained condo, light and spacious with clean everything and a large lanai. Great view of Tiger Tail sand, estuary, pool, and the gulf. Host Tricia is on top of things and strives to answer every question quickly. Super easy check-in and just a comfortable, stunning place to relax on the beach.

Beautiful Condo and Views

This condo was very clean and had everything we needed. Tricia is an amazing host and responds almost immediately. She is very attentive and takes pride in her units. We were there during the Helene hurricane and she made sure we got all the updates about the weather and made sure we were safe. She even dropped off flashlights in the event the power went out which it did briefly a couple of times. The balcony views were spectacular. The beach is about a 10ish minute walk. The unit had everything needed for the beach. Joey's was my favorite restaurant and it is within walking distance. We also had a blast on the paradise cycle boat cruise. We had an amazing time and we definitely plan on returning. I highly recommend her condo. She also rents the condo next door which would be great for people vacationing together.

What a great week

This condo has everything you need for a great week at the beach. Well decorated, very clean, and a current renovation. We stayed for a week, but we wish it would have been longer. I suspect we will be back.

Fantastic place and location

Tricia was great! Great communication and easy check-in process. Place is outstanding. Great location and view. It was perfect for our family (family of 4). Next time we are in Marco we will definitely consider staying here again.

Great stay

We've stayed in the South Seas Towers condos before. We like the location and we knew the properties are taken care of very well. This particular condo we leased from Tricia - very clean, excellent conditions and great view looking directly at the Gulf. Also, Tricia provides very thorough instruction booklet. No issues at all. Highly Recommended.

A Beautiful Place With A Beautiful View!

Let me begin by saying that I like the finer things in life. When traveling, I usually stay in 5 star hotels. I would put this condo in the 5 star category! Communication with the owner was exceptional! When I had a question, it was answered within minutes. The owner made the check in and check out process so easy and stress free. The condo was just as described. It was very clean and beautifully decorated with higher quality furnishings. The beds were also very comfortable. But, that view of the Gulf from the 18th floor was breathtaking! There was plenty of seating on the balcony to watch stunning sunsets! In conclusion, there is absolutely nothing that I can think of that needs improvement. Everything was perfect!! I would highly recommend this condo, owner, and the South Seas complex!

Gorgeous Marco Island Condo

This is a gorgeous condo with everything we could imagine in making our stay conformable, the condo was impeccably clean and decorated very nicely, the morning and evening views are breath taking to say the least as well a beautiful pool area and well-maintained grounds. We plan on revisiting here again ! Our Host Tricia was unbelievable from our arrival, checking in with during our stay and our departure, she is one of king making traveling less stressful and relaxing

Gorgeous Marco Island Condo

This condo is just gorgeous! As soon as you walk in you are greeted by a spectacular ocean view. The condo is modern, bright and clean and well equipped with everything you would need to be comfortable. We enjoyed walks in the white sand beaches and relaxing by the beautiful heated pool. Tricia, the owner is so sweet and is a great communicator. We would return again for sure!!

Marco Island

It was hot but still a great trip. We had a tremendous view from the condo and could still enjoy at peak sun. So much to do a puns Marco Island and restaurants were pretty available. Our host thought of so many things which made our trip easier.

Beautiful Condo!

Our vacation in Marco Island was great! The condo was beautiful and had many added touches that made everything a little bit easier. We really appreciated all the extra towel hooks and extensive beach supplies. The condo was beautifully decorated and made us feel right at home. Tricia was an excellent communicator throughout our stay which was much appreciated. A few notes about the condo building itself that may be helpful to other families traveling with small children: -There is no food allowed anywhere in the pool area. There are also rules about jumping into the pool. These are strictly enforced. -The hallway outside of the condo is outdoors and obviously high up. This was a little stressful (maybe just for me) with little kids. -It is about a 10 minute walk from the condo front door to end of boardwalk where the sand starts and then 10 minutes to walk to the ocean from there. The sand is easy to walk on (pat down enough) and the cart makes is doable with all your kid supplies. Overall, our stay was fantastic. We couldn’t ask for anything more out of 1802, and the view was incredible. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Worth the walk

First time to Marco Island....fortunate to find this listing for a Friday-Friday stay. Updated, clean condo, well stocked kitchen, lots of bonuses. Owner very readily available and even obtained extra pickleball racquets for us to use during stay. 10min walk to beach very do-able and less crowded North end of Marco...walked the 2.5miles to south end of Marco and some very crowded areas made us appreciate this northern location even more. Swam laps in the pool in the AM during designated adult (old person) swim and neighbors all very accomodating.

Great time in the sun

Tricia, Thank you for the use of LaBella Vita on Marco for our stay. Since our booking you have been gracious and information in providing all the information we needed to find the unit, gain access, and enjoy the totality of our stay without any unnecessary concerns. Everyone associated with with South Seas Northwest were friendly and helpful. We ventured out for dinner to Joey’s Pizza &. Pasta the first night and enjoyed the food and atmosphere so much we returned for another couple of visits. We also checked out Dorean’s Cup of Joe, Sami’s, The Salty Dog and Pinchers and Margaritas. Our favorites were the Speak Easy and Marco Island Brewery. It was a little cool at the beginning of our stay so we had a chance to shop and the wives enjoyed looking and buying. The guys served mostly as drivers and bag carriers. Warmer weather brought the chance to enjoy the beach and the pool. Iwas all a very relaxing yet busy experience. My favorite part of the stay was watching the beautiful sunsets from the beach or the balcony and I have plenty of pictures to prove it. All in all it was a wonderful trip and would certainly recommend La Bella Vita on Marco to others looking for a great place to stay. The only suggestion we would make would be an extra set of keys. Although the two couples did a lot of things together there we times we went on separate journeys and it would have been convenient for each couple to have a set of keys. Not sure were we will decide to go next

Fantastic!

We really enjoyed our stay! Thank you to Tricia for the thoughtful communication and helpful information. Sunsets from the balcony are wonderful! The condo is clean and newly remodeled. Beach chairs, towels, a wagon and other accessories are provided. The sand starts as soon as you step off the condo grounds, and you’re about a 8-10 minute walk to the water. It was very convenient for morning and evening walks along the gulf. We would stay again! Thanks!

Christmas break

Everything about this property was as described and better! The manager was very accessible and quick to answer any and all questions. The location speaks for itself, the sunsets were amazing and walkable to several restaurants in the area. The condo was very clean and had everything any renter would need from beach items, kitchen items to cook with, and luxury bath toiletries. The property is also clean, well managed and offers several amenities. We will refer people to this condo and will also rent this unit next time we visit Marco Island.

Convenient location with stunning views.

We arrived at midnight and our host was still waiting for us to arrive and was amazingly helpful getting us into the building. We were pleasantly surprised because the photos showed the true condition. It was very clean when we arrived and It is nicely appointed with everything you need including wagon (to carry beach chairs, etc to the beach), toys, and even bug spray. All the furnishing seemed pretty new. Each evening we experienced stunning sunsets from the deck. The gym for the complex was always clean with new equipment. Yay! The pool had more than enough places to find shade and chairs for everyone. The main hallway on the floor is being updated, but it wasn't an issue. From the front door, you can experience sunrise. Building/property security is top notch and we were never concerned. The kitchen was fully stocked with nice pots and pans and almost every gadget you would need. The host ensured you won't need or want anything else. We'd stay again and again.

Amazing Condo and Host

This condo has everything you need. We love that the 2nd bedroom has 2 beds for our kids. We also love having a view of the pool and amazing sunsets. Tricia is amazing and makes sure we have what we need. The biggest downside is the long walk to the beach, but it's worth it. 10/10

Relaxing Quiet and Clean

Beautiful property overlooking the Gulf. Quiet and an excellent choice for those looking to relax and not be caught up in the hustle and bustle of a resort hotel or area. Beach is beautiful but is approximately a 10 minute walk to the water as it is so large. Not a bad thing just the realty and there is a beach cart and backpack chairs provided. Pool area is great for a quick dip. Property is off the main st. and Marco is a very quiet area anyway so if night life or shopping within walking distance is the goal this is not the property. Uber can get you anywhere for $9. We had a wonderful time and the hosts were very attentive and welcoming.

Hello and welcome to La Bella Vita on Marco! I am originally from Boston, lived in CT for 10 years before moving to Marco Island in 2018. I have two children, Tyler, a Captain in the Army and Madison, studying to be a Veterinarian in Grenada (the Caribbean!!), and a fur baby, Skipper. I love the beach, boating and yoga which makes Marco Island a perfect place to live. I retired from formal employment as a Health IT Executive in 2022 which allows me time to focus on my three beachfront vacation rentals. I am a small business owner, owning my vacation rental business since 2016, and teach yoga classes. I take pride in hosting clean and stylish properties, responsiveness and service and expect the same in properties I rent.

We love Marco Island and the South Seas gated community is serene, beautiful, quiet and full of nature but also has wonderful amenities (such as a large heated pool, tennis and pickleball courts, boat slip rentals). My beachfront condos have stunning views and we updated them to a cozy, coastal vibe. We purchased 3 condos all in the same building and floor so that family and friends can gather together and be close to one another.
