Experience Iron River like a local in this 2-bedroom house. Plenty of sleeping spaces include 1 king bed, 1 full/twin bunk bed, and a queen size sofa bed, There's a full bathroom on the main floor and a cozy living room with a big comfy leather couch. Laundered towels and linens are provided, as well as soap & shampoo. The home is heated and we have an AC unit for the summer months. There's also WiFi, a hairdryer, and an iron provided for your convenience. Enjoy all that Iron River and the Upper Peninsula has to offer with so many adventures nearby. Close to downtown, restaurants, shopping, and heaps of outdoor recreation.

The house was comfortable and clean. The host was responsive and went out and bought a baking sheet for us, which we needed for something we brought to cook. He also shoveled the snow for us while we were there. We had a great stay!

Excellent stay. Even nicer and cleaner than expected. Great communication. Everything well thought out & organized. We took our dogs and kept them kenneled when we left. The rooms are very spacious and we had plenty of space to romp around with our pets and grandkids and visit w our family. Will definitely stay here again. It was so easy.

Very nice place! It was a little warm, but it was in the 90’s and very humid so acceptable for sure. The property was nice and we all enjoyed our stay.

The manager/owner Darren was very responsive. When we arrived, we weren't clear where the keypad was to enter, messaged him, and he called back immediately.It was a cold night when we checked in, but the heater kicked in right away after we raised the thermostat, and we were comfortable the entire stay.

We stayed here forna few days while we ice fished. Good location, clean, and cozy. Could have been plowed and shoveled, but talked with Darren, and it is understandable why it wasnt. Great communications with the owner also.

Easy check-in process and good communication. Comfortable home which was updated and suited most of our needs. Great location. First evening was very warm in the bedrooms area. It got to 85 degrees outside. The portable AC unit in the living/kitchen area kept that area cool enough for sure, but did not really cool off the sleeping areas even with the doors open and turning it on upon arrival and keeping it on through the night. It would be great to have a secondary unit in the bedrooms for summertime unexpected heat waves for sleeping, although the rest of the week was much cooler and we didn't need ac after the first night. Host provided needed supplies and was responsive to us. Convenient to town. Would stay again.
