Booked this unit for a 3 night stay for a Basketball tournament at NRG park. Overall the location was great for that. Although the commute to NRG is walkable we chose to get an uber which was about a 3 min ride and more affordable than parking! Marc did a great job with instructions for entry and we had no issues. The unit was clean and accommodations were manageable. (Towels and linens could use a little sprucing up). But overall the stay was enjoyable. Would stay again and definitely recommend.

Location of apartment was excellent easy access to MD Anderson Cancer Center. Apartment nicely furnished and clean. Host was quick to answer any questions. Will stay here again and will recommend to others.

This host is absolutely unreasonable. He did a classic bait and switch. We rented a property with three beds and a pullout sofa bed and instead were giving an apartment with two beds and air mattresses. And I ripped up sofa sleeper. The property is very dirty unmaintained. When issues were brought to the host, he never offered to resolve any of the uncleanliness, non draining sinks, or lack of basic necessities. We had to purchase trash bags, wash clothes and toilet paper just to get through. The air conditioners also turned off.When you arrive, so the building could be over eighty to ninety degrees. When contacted about all of our concerns, he replied by giving an itemized list of how much money he makes in return. This was below the standard of a motel 6. I absolutely.Would not recommend staying at this location. Yes, it's close to the stadium, but that's not worth all the convenience and have to buy all your own supplies when it was guaranteed in the advertisement.

HORRIBLE.

Once you walk in it’s nice and all but tv in the living room doesn’t even work good has lines when watching and flickering. The bathrooms were okay but could be cleaner especially the showers. The bath mats could be cleaner as well, had hair everywhere on them as well as the towels there. To access the building we had to ask another person because

Not what it seems

Unfortunately the listing does not reflect accurate photos. The beds are different. Basic items were not available when we arrived, property manager had to bring them after arrival. Towels are broken and stained. T.V. remotes do not work although property manager brought batteries that were missing. Blinds are broken so we could not close them. The building is in a good location but not within walking distance to medical center.
