The hosts are second to none at communication! The house is very nice with very comfortable and cozy beds! The location is perfect w easy access to AMI and Sarasota! There are two full refrigerator/freezer combos so plenty of space for food and beverages for large parties.

The house was beautiful and very clean!! They put a lot of thought into their updates. The master bedroom and bathroom was wonderful. The kids loved the games in the garage. The hosts were very friendly and worked with us to keep the pool/spa warm during our stay.

Perfect for family fun

We enjoyed our stay at the immaculate home. Wonderful location that was a short drive to multiple beautiful beaches. It was in town so also close to grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping. The house was beautifully decorated with everything we needed for a lovely vacation. I would recommend this home for sure and would love to stay here again!

Let me start by saying this was a beautiful house with a lot of amenities to keep you happy and comfortable. The host always responded quickly and was very helpful. The location puts you in a position to go to many locations to do many things. If you chose to stay put there was plenty to do. If you're looking for a family vacation to a friends getaway I highly recommend you consider staying here. You will not be disappointed.

House for IMG tournament

Our stay was great. The house had everything that we needed. The kids had a great time with the games in the garage. It was in a great location, close to the beach and shops. The owners were very accommodating and quick to respond if I had any questions. We would definitely stay there again for our next soccer tournament.

This home is a perfect spot for family getaways. Every amenity you need is there. Home was clean and smelled fresh. Grill was in perfect working order as well as all the kitchen appliances. Lots of space for you and your guests in the backyard. The driveway was helpful with safe parking and we didn’t feel like we were blocking any other residents on the street. Neighborhood was quiet.
