We were told the key would be under the rug. We finally noticed the lockbox, it was open.The bathroom sink had some kind of clog in it. Drained very slow.Ice maker didn't work.We tried calling the phone number we were given but no one answered.Otherwise, the beds were comfy. We walked to the water numerous times. It was wonderfully warm. We are expecting 4-6" of snow tomorrow. It's about 16 degrees.

We notified the guest that the key would be in lockbox for check-in. The guest never reached out to us via message on Vrbo, email, text or phone which we provided to all guest 3 different phone numbers they can reach us at any time during their stay. They never mentioned about any of the issues listed during their stay or when they checked out of the unit.

The condo was fantastic! Super close location to the beach and all the restaurants, it was a super easy walk to everything. The place was super clean and bright, everything looked new. Checking in was super easy the keys were in the lockbox next to the door and the code was given with check in instructions. The beds were super comfortable with adequate pillows. Also having the couches and dining area was nice when our family came to visit for a few hours. Having our own designated parking was also super nice and the availability of guest spaces was also nice so our family could park there when they came to visit or go with us to the beach. The only thing I’d like to see next time is the possibility of a grill outside somewhere. We loved the kitchen but it would have been nice to be able to throw some steaks on the grill. Also just a note it would be nice given the full kitchen if you had extra paper towels, maybe some tissues, foil/plastic wrap, and some basic spices. We had to go get all that at Publix and then couldn’t take it home oh the plane so we left it all for the next person. The last suggestion is maybe replacing the glass coffee table with something else…considering you rent to people with children glass is not ideal. We had to keep the kids off of it constantly and always remind them not to lean or sit on it. We thankfully didn’t have any problems since the kids were only there a few times. We will definitely rent here again!
