Unfortunately, I accepted a online booking without confirming the guests age which we usually do. This is why we have a minimum age requirements. Jayda rented our home to have a party. There was an extremely large group of noisy, rowdy people. Between 15 to 20 additional people at our 2 bedroom that has a capacity of 5. She knew what she did was wrong and disrespectful. We don't allow party's or large gathering and this is noted in our description. Not only was the police called by another guest but the amount of people and noise was captured on outside video cameras of our parking lot. Usually if this happens the guests would be removed immediately, loose there deposit and any time they have left. I didn't realize there was a party until I talked to my other guests the next day and reviewed the cameras. I was not in town and thought my home was trashed so asked our one guest to check to see if Jayda had destroyed our home and left. After talking to my other guests we allowed her the stay an additional day as long as it was just her and the registered guests. The home was left a mess and required additional cleaning but no damage other then another guests car door mirror from the party she had. Jaydas deposit help cover the guests door mirror and my cleaners additional l costs but we were still out of pocket. As you can tell from all our "real" reviews we try very hard to keep a nice place and go over and beyond so that everyone has a great experience. However, as hard as we work and as much screening as we can do, once in a while we still get bad guests.
