Great rental!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying here! We had plenty of room for our whole family to be together. The full kitchen allowed us to make family meals. The golf course views are beautiful and the location was only minutes from downtown and Carroll College.

Good space

Good layout for a vrbo. Great views from the deck. Nice amenities. Needs professionally cleaned and new mattresses. Plenty of room for a king size bed or two. Some nice updates have been done but that wallpaper has got to go. Could not use the table by the kitchen. Huge light hanging too low. Certainly enjoyed the city and the weather! Thank you!

Location was perfect and the house is super large to host our family of 6. The back yard deck was a great place to relax and enjoy the comfortable Montana summer. The house was clean. My reasoning for 4 stars is because the furniture/bathrooms are extremely outdated including carpeting in the bathrooms and toilet area. The entire home had a very strong "elderly person" odor. The upstairs master bedroom/bathroom area also had a urine smell to it which is probably the result of all the very old carpeting in the bathroom. The main living area/floor of the home has beautiful hardwood flooring, so you are required to remove shoes on entering the home.

Lovely centrally located home

The house was perfectly spacious for the 4 couples. The house was thoroughly stocked. I did need to clean the shower base of the master bath. The wood floors on the main level are beautiful. The floors, rightfully so, required no street shoes be worn. A sign on the door asked that all street shoes be removed and slippers be worn. I would liked to have known this before securing the listing. I had to buy slippers. Me and my family had a wonderful time. It was so nice to have a lovely home for our base.

Thank you Mary for your feedback. As stated in your signed short-term rental agreement, "If the premises appear dirty or damaged upon check-in, Guest shall inform Agent immediately." We would have been more than happy to address your cleaning needs had you notified us upon arrival. Regarding the signage at the door, the sign does encourage guests to "leave all their worries and shoes at the door". Slippers are not a requirement.
