Just a wonderful stay! The owners were as gracious and welcoming as you could be. They helped make our stay special as we braved the winter storm of 2026. The unit is private and brand new and has everything that you would need for your stay in Davison. Highly recommend!

Apartment is very clean and tastefully decorated. You can find everything you need. It’s private and as described walking distance to the Main Street as well as Davidson College. There’s also a bbq. Biggest bonus is the awesome pool. Highly recommend this listing.

The Best VRBO Stay!

The neighborhood, the apartment, the location, amenities are all top notch. We typically stay in VRBOs vs hotels and this is our best find yet! The apartment is beautiful with everything you would need provided. It is very clean. Communication with the hosts was pleasant and easy. This is one I’d like to gate keep it’s so good!! We will be back and hopefully be able to enjoy the gorgeous pool next time.

We are happy to present a space that couples comfort with elegance and privacy with convenience. Your oasis awaits, and we are very walkably just 3 blocks from the college and 4 blocks from downtown.

Downtown Davidson is an amazing fun, quaint, abundant shopping and dining all off of main street. Take in a basketball game at Davidson college. The downtown Davidson area is a great town to walk and take in the sites. On Saturday's Davidson has a vibrant farmers market.
