- We have one parking spot on the driveway that accommodates 1 SUV sized vehicle. Please park trucks on street (available free).

- You will need to climb stairs - there are 3 flights of stairs and 4 stories.

- No access to mailbox: We don't have access to USPS mailbox. All deliveries need to be at the doorstep. Please make sure to have it delivered only while you are present at home to not inconvenience guests before/after you, and prevent lost packages/theft.

- Extra services available at additional cost for guest comfort: Please inquire and reserve 72 hours in advance for most services as they may not be available last minute:
