There is a treasure chest for the little ones to dig in and get a souvenir. Don't forget to bring your offering to place on the TIKI to ensure bountiful catch (truth or fiction?)
Get ready to relax in this 4-bedroom home in Satsuma. This wonderful property features 2 king beds, 1 bunk bed "full over full" and 1 bunk bed twin over full bed. Perfect for a peaceful night's sleep. With 2 bathrooms equipped with showers and hair dryers, guests will feel right at home. Each bathroom has a supply of hair products and body lotions and washes. The living room offers 2 sofa beds and 2 futons for additional space to unwind. It's easy to see why you'll be able to unwind at our place. Enjoy watching the tides come and go. Jump on dock and wet a line. Bass have been known to grab bait. Most guests enjoy the two fire pits and tranquility of the water. You can dock your boat and be ready to go soon as you drink your coffee in the morning or you can just sit and relax. Home is also equipped with various games, including the INFINITY game table and there's two game machines + board games as well. The chef in you will enjoy the fully equipped kitchen. If you don't want to cook many restaurants are just a few minutes drive away from fast food to white linen tablecloths.

Quite community with friendly neighbors, easy access to town and waterways. Great communication from owner. Nicely appointed property with everything we needed for our stay. Games and gaming table for when the sun went down and weather moved in during our stay was nice addition. Fire pits, covered patio and carport, fish cleaning station, and convenient water access for outdoor activities. Boat launch at Georgia Boys less than a mile by vehicle or boat. Easy drive for a day in St. Augustine just little over a hour.

Alaqua Boys Spring 2025 Fishing Trip

Why they chose this property

I chose this neighborhood because there is a canal running the length of the property and it leads to some of the best bass fishing in Florida. Guests have been known to catch bass and other species in the canal; so having a boat is not totally necessary. Plus you will never find a friendlier group of people. Everyone is more than willing to help when needed.

What makes this property unique

This 4 BEDROOM HOME holds 2 bedrooms with king size beds, bedroom with 2 full beds, bedroom with full and twin and family room 2 sofas that pull out to queen beds.This property is unique with the amenities it has including a dock where you can dock your boat and it's right there ready to go when you're ready to fish. It has exceptional furnishings for an Airbnb. I've stayed at several and this one is decorated and much nicer than the ones we've stayed at and we've paid a lot of money to stay at them. All the mattresses are new and are memory foam so no one should have a problem getting a restful nights sleep. This home offers total privacy for the guests and is close to wonderful restaurants and other entertainment. The home boosts a NEW bulkhead with space to dock your boat.
