We love our St. George get away! You will love staying in this luxurious, (completed 10/12) townhome...an amazing place to spend your vacation!

The two-story home boasts two master suites with high-quality king beds and flat-screen tvs in each. The additional bedroom is fitted with two sets of bunk beds--great fun for kids! The upstairs loft has a queen-size, leather sofa sleeper for additional guests. For those who don't like to share beds, we've purchased two fold-out, twin-size floor mattresses for additional sleeping options.

The fully-stocked kitchen has plenty of room for 10 people to eat at the table and granite island. The family room and upstairs loft allow spacious gathering areas for TV/movie viewing (some DVDs provided), game playing (several games and puzzles provided) or just hanging out.

The backyard and patio area includes space to play and visit as well. With a gas BBQ, dining tables, seating, and gas fire table you can enjoy dining and relaxing outdoors.

On-site enjoy two pools, hot tubs, practice putting green, fitness room and spacious clubhouse with kitchen. Adjacent to the property is a park with large fishing pond and picnic area.

Complementary wi-fi is provided in the home.

About Julie

Our family has rented in the St. George, Utah area at least once every year for the past 17+ years.

Our kids love to hang out here in every season--even the hot summer months--with days spent hiking in Zion National and Snow Canyon State Parks, fishing at the local pond, going to plays at Tuachan and spending hours at the pool. Now that our kids are older, cliff jumping at Sand Hollow State Park has become a favorite activity--same with paddle boarding at the sandy beach part of the lake.

My husband and brothers particularly love the year-round golf. It's been their dream to have a place of their own in St. George.

Why Julie chose Washington

In August of 2012, we happened to walk through a model home in the area we were staying and fell in love with the place. We decided to combine forces with other family members to purchase our shared home.

We've loved vacationing in this development since there are lots of fun, on-site activities. And, the homes are high-end with granite counters, wood doors and trim, and many other extras that make it a luxurious place to stay.

We LOVE all the activities available in the surrounding area for every member of our family. From my golf-loving husband to babies and teens to my older parents, we can easily find fun things for everyone to do every day.

What makes this townhome unique

When you rent with us, you get to stay in a great, comfortable home located in a development with many on-site activities for adults and children. Plus, this location is fabulous! It's so close to all you'd want to do in the St. George area.

Notes:
On-site practice putting range and fitness room. The spacious clubhouse makes a comfortable gathering place for larger groups. It has a kitchen and indoor/outdoor fireplace. The Coral Canyon Golf Course's cart path winds through the development. A fishing pond with covered and uncovered picnic areas is right next to the development.

Great time in St. George.

Perfect size and location. The two master suites worked out great for our group. We noticed all the little things were well thought out, like plenty of plugs next to the bed stands for electronics to plug in, easy to understand labeling and how to take care of things. A well stocked pantry with an honor system to replace what was used, even a spice rack containing a plethora of spices and herbs for elegant, tasty meals. We enjoyed our stay immensely. Thank you.

Very impressed!

Wow, this home has it all! We have been traveling to St. George every year for the past 8 years during fall break with another family. This town home has been the BEST place we've stayed over the years. It is very well maintained and stocked with everything you need. The kitchen has everything needed to make a decent meal including a slow cooker. The hall closet has all the pool noodles you would ever need and even some camp chairs to take to nearby Sand Hollow! The pool is a short 2 minute walk and the pools are large and heated! The back porch contains a gas fireplace which the adults loved to sit around and talk after the kids had gone to bed. The home was extremely clean and we loved the toiletries provided! We experienced an issue with the garage door our first day at the property so I wrote the homeowner just to make them aware. Julie called me within 5 minutes of sending the email to tell me she would have someone out to look at it soon. The garage technician showed up within 30 minutes of the email being sent!! To say these guys are on top of things is an understatement!! The only negative I could think of (and we really had to think hard) were the blinds on the back door. The door is so tall that the wood blinds bang anytime the door is opened or closed which overtime caused some of the slats to slip out. They were easy to fix but could be replaced with a rolling shade or even just securing the bottom of the blinds to the door. Overall we were extremely impressed with the town home and amenities provided. We will definitely try and reserve this home again anytime we come to St. George!

Second stay as EXCELLENT as the First!

After having an excellent stay at this VRBO for the month of December, 2015 (see our review), we felt confident that the VRBO would be as accommodating as the last time for our two weeks stay. We are pleased to say that it was!! Julie is an excellent owner of the townhouse and is always available to be quickly contacted from the time you request your stay. The townhouse is well maintained and is located in an excellent area of Washington, Utah, within a few miles from any store you may have need of and is only a few miles from I-15. With all the basic kitchen cooking supplies, including such items as sugar, flower, all sorts of spices and condiments you would need as well as paper products such as aluminum foil, paper towels, napkins, etc. you are well on your way to an excellent stay. You have a one car garage and various other parking spaces are in close proximity. On our stay, we, as a party of two (2) only required the 1st floor; however, if your party is larger, there is plenty of space on the second floor which includes another Master bedroom, a second bedroom with two (2) sets of bunk beds, a bathroom, and a sitting room. The pool and clubhouse is a short walk from the townhouse which is available for use during your stay. Staying in August, we thought the pools would be crowded; however, we found just the opposite to be the case. We would definitely recommend this VRBO.

The two on-site pools and hot tubs, practice putting green, fitness room and spacious clubhouse with kitchen provide lots of room for fun right in the development. Razor Ridge Park has a beautiful fishing pond and covered picnic areas adjacent to the development. In addition, this property is conveniently located near all the amazing activities the St. George area has to offer.

The development is located on Coral Canyon Golf Course, one of the most beautiful courses in Utah. There are 12+ quality golf courses within 30 minutes of the town home.

Red Cliffs Mall, Zion Factory Stores, local shopping, boutiques, movie theaters and a broad-range of restaurants are located within a 15-minute drive. For stocking up on food and supplies, two Wal-Marts, Costco and other retail stores are about a 7 minute drive away.

If you are looking to spend time in nature, Zion National Park is just 33 miles away and Snow Canyon State Park is 20 miles away. Bryce Canyon National Park, Grand Canyon, Cedar Breaks, Lake Powell and other recreation areas are within a two- to three-hour drive. If water sports and fishing are your thing, Sand Hollow and Quail Creek are within 10 miles.

Children and adults alike will enjoy checking out the dinosaur tracks and fossils at Dinosaur Discovery just 9 miles away. Rosenbruch World Wildlife Museum, St. George Art Museum and homes displaying the area's pioneer heritage are within a 15-minute drive.

If you would enjoy theater performed amidst majestic, towering sandstone cliffs, check out Tuacahn Center for the Performing Arts which is 18 miles away. Cedar City, 45 miles away, hosts the annual Utah Shakespeare Festival.
