New, ON TRAIL, off-grid, eco-friendly, cabin in secluded Northern Maine woods. Peaceful, private & scenic, overlooking GORGEOUS St John River & bordering Canada. Enjoy miles of snowmobiling, snowshoeing, hiking & ATV trails. Within minutes of river access for fishing & boating. Conveniently located 3 miles to downtown Fort Kent & ski mt. Winter access only by sled w/ park-n-ride 3 minutes away. All other seasons, road access. ALL WHEEL DRIVE recommended. This tiny home has a woodstove, outdoor grill. 7 beds. This tiny-home style cabin, open concept kitchen, dining and living room space that merges into a sleeping area with a pull down murphy bed. Ofcourse, you have a nice bathroom and a private master bedroom with a queen bed and bureaus. Upstairs, we have 3 new twin beds. The couch is comfy enough to offer up to a guests as well. The front porch is our favorite spot here. It offers a magnificent view of the river and rolling hills and fields of New Brunswick, Canada. nestled high up at elevation of 1100 feet above sea level, you are the only dwelling for miles. And in these miles, you have access to many trails for all seasons. Snowmobile trail #98 rides directly into camp (in the winter, it is ONLY accessible by snowmobile, but all other seasons, you have road access). Parking for vehicles and trailers only minutes away. We love this property and we KNOW you will too. It's been a dream to build this for ages. please come and enjoy the raw natural beauty we have here! In Hunting Zone 3, also abudding Zone 2

Unbelievably beautiful spot with a spectacular view. Very private and the owners are exceptionally helpful and responsive should you have any questions.Amazing in any season, but If you're looking for a winter host for your snowmobile home base you can do no better.

This million dollar view is well worth the steep mountain road to Eagle Eye. You are above the clouds and river mist in the morning. This immaculate off grid cabin has everything you need including indoor plumbing. You will want for nothing. The host is very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay in September.

My first time staying here and it did not disappoint. The owners were commutative and helpful. The views from here are incredible, offering a northers view of the St. John Valley and all the way into Quebec. I saw many bald eagles too.The drive up was steep in spots, so I definitely recommend and all/4-wd vehicle.

Endless views stretch northward over the meandering Canadian hills. The rugged entrance to this peaceful lookout provides the perfect introduction to the serenity and coziness found at the top. Light a fire in the wood stove, kick up your feet, and enjoy the view in peace.

If you're looking for the perfect getaway in Fort Kent, Eagle Eye Cabin is it. The view is absolutely impeccable, and Fort Kent has become our favorite place on earth. This cabin had everything we needed and more for an amazing stay.We brought our SxS to explore the trails, and trail access was easy to find. Communication with the host was fantastic, helpful and check-in was quick and effortless.The only thing I'd mention is the road leading up to the cabin—it's VERY steep! We definitely don't recommend hauling your SxS up with your truck. If possible, ride your SxS up to the cabin first, then drive your truck up without the extra weight. If you have the people for it. It made a huge difference.Overall, we absolutely loved our stay and will definitely be back. Highly recommend this cabin to anyone wanting to experience the beauty of Fort Kent!

Very clean, comfortable off grid cabin—starlink WiFi available and enjoyed—with excellent views and atv trail accessibility. Great communication with the owner. No complaints, we really enjoyed our stay. 4X4 is recommended for access all part of the adventure!
