Forget your worries and stay comfortably in this peaceful and unique cabin style home located in a private mountain setting. It is situated on over 3 acres of land surrounded by panoramic forest views and is less than 10 minutes from the village of Ellicotville and Holiday Valley. There are 4 bedrooms beautifully furnished. The main floor features the primary bedroom with 1 king bed and full bath. The second and third bedrooms located upstairs each have a queen bed and a twin bed. The fourth bedroom also located upstairs, includes 2 twin size bunk beds. There is also a pullout futon located upstairs in the living room. The house features 2.5 bathrooms. There are two cozy living spaces to lounge, both offering a gas fireplace. This spacious home also provides a hot tub, grill, fire pit, ping pong table and foosball table. Kickback, relax, and enjoy everything our lovely home has to offer. You will find a variety of year round adventures for all ages and plenty of restaurants & shops. Activities include skiing, tubing, golfing, hiking, horseback riding, ropes courses, and zip lining. 4 wheel drive required.

We had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed our time in this private location. The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. Everything we needed was provided, and the space was well maintained. The house was conveniently located approx 10 mins to the ski resort, grocery store and local restaurants. Communication with the host was easy and prompt. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.
