Condo, 3 Bedrooms + Convertible Bed(s), 2 Baths (Sleeps 6-8)
Location, location location! We're renting a beautiful 3 bedroom condo, only 1 block from the Park City Mountain Resort main base area. Can't beat this great Park Ave location! - The nearby resort area gives you world-class skiing in the winter and miles of hiking trails, and lift-accessed biking in the summer. Plus, it's steps from a bus stop. The free bus ride drops you off quickly at the any of the 3 area ski resort base areas, golf course, town swimming pool, shopping center...
After a busy day, walk (or hop on the free bus!) downtown for shopping, restaurants, and bars. Or make it a quiet night - walk to the grocery store and cook in the well-equipped kitchen. Either way, it's easy to skip a rental car and save $$.
The master bedroom has an attached bath & queen bed, plus a door to the balcony. 2nd bedroom also has a queen bed and feeds into a bathroom. Put the kids in the third bedroom, which has 2 twin beds.
Two bedrooms are equipped with cable TV & DVD players for dedicated lazy time (or for people who can't agree on a movie!) The bunk room has has TV and DVD.
The kitchen is has all the kitchen gear you need - if your food doesn't taste good, it's not my fault! 5-burner gas stove and dishwasher hopefully make your job easier.
WiFi throughout the apartment lets you keep in touch & check snow reports. Washer/dryer in unit for your convenience. Shared hot tub in building.

About John Martin
I visited Park City in 2012 and fell in love with the beauty of the land and the friendliness of the people. Everyone you meet is great!
John Martin purchased this Condo in 2012
Why John Martin chose Old Town
I chose this location for three reasons--location, location, location. It's close to groceries, the wine shop, downtown, and Park City Mountain Resort. What else do you need?
What makes this Condo unique
I chose this property because of of it's efficient floorplan. None of the bedrooms share a wall and the two larger bedrooms each have immediate access to a bathroom.
Pool / Spa
Sports & Adventure Activities
Clean and quiet with great location
We chose this condo because it's easy walking distance to the slopes. Indeed it is. The unit is well maintained with all the amenities and Cory and Ron, the property managers, were great and attentive to any issue. You have access to a large hot tub and sauna which are nice after a day of skiing. The condo is at the back of a small complex and away from any road noise. Those who slept in the front bedrooms said the beds could have been more comfortable and be advised it's on the third floor and there's not an elevator. All in all though, a great place to say.
Super Bowl 2108
Good location and nice condo. Fairly easy walk to the lifts and a half mile into town. We did have some problems with the heat, but not material to the comfort. The ice maker was not working, but again this did not impact the trip.
I am happy to hear your trip went well. I'll ask maintenance to check out the ice maker and the Nest Thermostat.
Perfect for our needs
Fit four adults and two teenagers perfectly. We had a great time and this place had everything we needed.
Thanks a ton for the kind words Michael! We loved having you and hope you'll stay again some time! I'm glad your trip was a success!
Well located, new appliances.
Well kept condo. Across the street from the bus stop to lifts. Well appointed. Very good owner support.
We had a great stay. Would stay again.
Perfect for my group of seven!
It was a pleasure to host you! I'm so happy to hear your stay was a success. We look forward to hosting you again sometime!
More then perfect
I just want to stay by saying the location is perfect. Myself and a few friends stayed here for almost a week while skiing park city. The house has almost everything you could ask for and truly is only a short walk to food store for things we did need. The resort is super close we suited up and left with boots and boards from the house. Two of the people in my group are skiers and they chose to walk and rent a locker for shoes because it is up hill. Overall the property is more then welcoming couldn't ask for a better expiernce HomeAway makes it super with the app having arrival and departure instructions. Thanks John
If you're coming for skiing you can walk up the hill to Park City Mountain Resort or jump on the bus out front to go to world class ski areas Deer Valley or the Canyons. In the summer, Deer Valley can't be beat for mountain biking and Park City Mountain Resort offers a zip line, alpine slide, and more!
