The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please leave key one key on the hook and place the other key in the lockbox where you found it at check in. Make sure the back door, laundry room door and interior doors are all locked.
Please return everything as you found it. Bicycle lock through the back and locked and beach chairs cleaned off and back on the mat. The cleaners will be there upon check out for laundry.

Why they chose this property

We chose this neighborhood to offer our guests the ability to enjoy the Naples lifestyle at an affordable price. We had the opportunity to design and renovate the space keeping the charm of the older home while upgrading each space to today’s standards of luxury and comfort. We love the accessibility of these gentrifying neighborhood within walking distance to the most delicious coffee and floral shop, mini golf right across the street..bike over to Celebration Park, 5th Ave, 3rd St and enjoy sunset on 8th Ave beach.
