Beautifully renovated 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo in a premier Naples Resort community. A short walk to 4 lovely pools, work out facility and even shuttles to take you to the beach. This unit will have you resting right away, with comfortable couches and space to relax with family and friends.

This is our 2nd stay at one of Kevin's properties and it was just as good as the first. Condo was clean and had everything we needed. The resort itself is perfect with pools, gym, and the shuttle to downtown. We had ordered groceries to be delivered and were late arriving. I reached out to Kevin, who was in town, and he ran over to get them, brought them inside and put away perishables. We can't wait to stay again.

Great condo

Very nice resort and great location. Condo was very comfortable and had all the necessities. It was a great place to relax and the resort amenities were fabulous.

Resort stay! Great owner!

We really enjoyed our stay in March 2025. The unit was well very nice and the beds were extremely comfortable. The parking spot was conveniently located outside and the short walk to the resort area was great. The gym, spa, pools and the service were top notch. The shuttle to the beach was also very good. They have chairs, towels and umbrellas for you. The owner was VERY responsive, easy to work with and provided flexibility about check in. Kevin is a friendly guy and really cared about making our vacation enjoyable.

Naples Bay Club

Beautiful resort complex located in the heart of Naples. We enjoyed shopping at the Waterside Shops and the cute downtown area of Naples, which was very close the resort complex. Pool amenities and staff service were excellent! Communication with the owner Kevin was great - very prompt and fast to reply to inquiries.

Beautiful property, great location!

The cottage was updated and very well equipped. Super clean and comfortable. Kevin the owner was great with communication and allowed us to check in early which was very helpful! The resort is beautiful and amenities- pools, fitness center, marina, etc are top notch. Location to 5th Ave, Tin City and the beach can’t be beat! Overall a great stay!

Beautiful!

My daughter and I spent a week at Kevin’s beautiful condo. The location was perfect, minutes away from shopping, fantastic restaurants and beautiful beaches. Kevin was an exceptional host and communicated with us before and during our stay. The condo had everything we needed for a relaxing week. Very comfy beds!! Regarding the resort.. we enjoyed the pools and gym daily. The grounds are well maintained and lovely. We took advantage of the shuttle to the beach as parking at the beach was limited and . There is a 50/day charge to use the resort amenities (stated in the agreement) but was well worth it. We loved your place, Kevin! Looking forward to visiting again!

Great amenities

Great venue for adults and children. I worked remote some of the time and found it a great place to come and go from with the pool easily accessible with plenty to do near-by. Kevin was fabulous - very responsive and accommodating. The kitchen was well stocked with basics including coffee, sugar, spices etc. We left some too. Beautiful weather in mid-Feb. Ideal winter vaca spot.

Best place to stay

This is my third or fourth year coming to this place and each time I come there I feel like I’m home . The venue is beautiful and clean . But most of all Kevin is an excellent man to work with . I am exceedingly grateful and happy that I will be back . Thank you Kevin for a wonderful home away from home.

Our second time staying at Naples Bay Resort in Kevin’s properties. Unit was in perfect condition exactly as described. The amenities here are exceptional, the staff goes over and above every day, we could not have been treated better. Location truly cannot be beat. Owner Kevin was easy to communicate with and super responsive. Cannot wait for our next trip here!

Naples Getaway

What a wonderful getaway to Naples. Spacious and well appointed 2 bedroom. Great space for two couples. Location is within walking to old Naples, beach and 5th street. Naples Club is on premise and did not disappoint. Amenities, restaurants and shuttle services are spot on. Property owner / manager was attentive and provided a number of recommendations for dining and happy hour. Would definitely rent again.

Great Naples resort

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The resort and amenities were excellent. So happy to have the shuttle to downtown Naples. The condo was beautiful and came with everything needed. Thank you to the owner who was able to assist with any questions. And have a great reco to the Oakes grocery store nearby. Thank you for a wonderful week away! Hope to be back again to escape!

Winter Getaway

First and foremost, Kevin was the best owner with whom we have ever dealt. He checked in with us prior to our visit and was very responsive when we encountered minor issues. The property was as pictured/described. Freshly painted, new linens, newer washer/dryer and very clean. Easy access to pool. A very pleasant stay.

Beautiful condo

I have stayed at many of the condos at the cottages at Naples Bay over the years and this was by far the best. Kevin is an outstanding host. There were a few things that needed to be addressed while I was visiting and with a quick text to Kevin they were promptly taken care of. I especially loved the beautiful lania where I spent a lot of time!!

Perfect vacation!

What a gorgeous condominium in a terrific location! It has beautifully decorated large rooms and is extremely clean. The resort is amazing! We enjoyed the lovely pool area and lunch/ drinks at the pool bar. We also were thrilled with the first class fitness center. In addition, there are 4 dining options, a golf simulator, and tennis courts. A great feature that we loved was the free shuttle to the downtown area and the beach. Kevin, our host, was very helpful and always available to answer any questions. We thoroughly enjoyed this vacation rental!

Fresh space, fantastic service

The unit is great. Our children used the queen bed and queen futon that pulls out. Space was spotless. The owner was so responsiveness and gracious he showed up to give me a tour of the resort!
