Lovely Oasis with Everything We Needed

We had a great stay over Christmas. Before we even arrived we were asked if we would like a Christmas Tree and it added just the right atmosphere to our stay! The kitchen was well equipped, we were able to prepare a full Christmas dinner and there was a bar where we prepared cocktails. We spent most of our time in the backyard. Between the swim spa for floating or working out and the hot tub for recovery, the cornhole and Connect4 for fierce competition and the multiple seating areas for relaxation we had a great time. Inside, the large dining table, kitchen island and sectional sofa made for comfortable meals and movies together. Two good sized bedrooms with ensuite were comfortable, we didn't utilize the third room but all were well appointed. The abundance of towels and pool towels and blankets for cool evenings were appreciated. We truly wanted for nothing, this was a home away from home not the typical vacation house. The neighbourhood is quiet and friendly and a good starting off point for our day trips. Happily recommend and would stay again.

Lovely Home away from Home

Great accommodations for our group of six! Each couple had a bedroom and a bathroom, so we didnā€™t struggle with getting ready for events. House was clean and very well appointed. Beds were comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe. Kitchen was well stocked, plenty of towels, and i canā€™t think of anything that we needed that we didnā€™t have. The backyard was beautiful, Iā€™m just sorry that we didnā€™t get to spend much time out there. We would definitely rent this house again and would recommend it to others.

Clean and Quiet in Scottsdale

My family and I had a great 3 days at this property. The house had everything we needed. A comfortable, large living area, all of the kitchen utensils youā€™ll need, a gas grill, outdoor area, and much more. Our kids enjoyed the bocce ball area and we used the hot tub on multiple nights. If it is comfort, cleanliness and quiet youā€™re looking for, donā€™t hesitate to book. Added bonus is the proximity to Kierland Commons which offers walkable shops and dining.

A Slice of Home While Vacationing

Great house and amenities. Good size covered patio and wonderful Jacuzzi. Kitchen was well stocked with everything including spices, foil, etc. All 3 bedrooms very comfortable with lots of hangers and towels.

Soccer showcase

A group of us rented this property while our daughter participated in a soccer showcase in the area. This was a great home base to catch the games and explore Scottsdale. We really enjoyed it.

Great House

We stayed for 9 days working and playing remotely. This property is fantastic. It was very clean, and we had access to the garage with a remote control. They allowed us to check in early. The kitchen is amazingly stocked with everything you need. We especially appreciated the "extras" - foil, trash bags, zip locks, plenty of towels, large dish soap, etc. The bathrooms are well stocks with towels, and towels for the hot tub, extra pillows and blankets. The house is well appointed and the pictures are true to how nice it is. We used the hot tub almost every night, its a nice back yard and outdoor area with grill, table and sitting area. The location is near so much to do, plenty of restaurants and shopping. It's a quiet neighborhood. The only thing I wish is there was a separate place to work, except for the main room. We would stay here again.

Lovely Christmas

Our family of four had a wonderful experience staying in this lovely home. We celebrated Christmas and I was especially impressed with the well-stocked kitchen, making it so much easier for me to make out traditional Christmas dinner and brunch. The house was super comfortable and well appointed. Shanna was so nice to even put up a small Christmas tree since we were having Christmas there.

Perfect home Away From Home Retreat!

The Paradise Valley Village home was exactly as advertised. This home looked just as good in person as did the pictures. Note, shortly after we arrived the owner called to see how our trip in was and to make sure everything was as expected. Gave me his direct contact info if we needed anything during our stay. House was spotless and looked like a model home. Upon entry we were greeted by a large open family room which opened to the Kitchen and Dining area. Great family room to lounge in after golfing all day and just relax. Perfect how open everything was s we could all talk while someone had cooking duties in the kitchen. Kitchen had all the amenities of home with large double door fridge, very clean stove w/oven (looked close to new). Tons of cabinets with everything needed to cook some great meals (pots, pans, utensils, glass and flatware, tons of spices, etc.). Island in kitchen provided a great space for additional prep with bar stools for eats in the kitchen. All three Bedrooms were perfect and the beds were all very comfortable. One of the bedrooms had a private full bathroom which was well designed. The second bedroom did not have a private bathroom but had one just outside the door in hallway which was perfect! Master bedroom was very spacious with master bathroom, double counter top sinks, big walk in shower along with a nice walk in closet. Tons of room for your travel clothes. Backyard was super clean with desert landscaping, turf was laid in the yard, which we took full advantage of to have golf chipping contests. Nice sitting area with covered porch, lights for sitting out at night time and a hot tub just off the sitting here. Outdoor furniture was nice and clean and comfortable to hang out on. Owner also has a brand new gas grill which we used multiple times as well. Owner has put together a nice guide for some things about the house, Wifi access, maintenance people who service hot tub (when they come), local shopping, attractions, etc. Along with directions on what to do upon departure. Very useful to us and anyone who will stay at this property. This is a great house and anyone who stays here will not be disappointed at all. Add to the fact the owners are great..we would rent again if heading to the Scottsdale area.

Exceptional Home!

My family has stayed in many homes in several locations over the years for vacations and family events, but this was one of the most beautiful, comfortable and well appointed homes we've had the pleasure to stay in. It is spotlessly cared for and has all the little extras like toiletries and kitchen staples. The hot tub was enjoyed on during the chilly evenings. The keyless entry was convenient as my family came and went at different times. Todd was very helpful and accommodating. We were in town for our nephew's wedding and found the location to be in a quiet neighborhood convenient to the airport, shopping, family homes and wedding venue. We would definitely stay again!

VRBO As Advertised and As Appears in Photos

This property worked great for our family of 5. Todd was very accommodating to our requests. Beds were comfortable, home was clean, and the kitchen is very well stocked. The property is as advertised in photos which is important to us. We've been to properties where the photos looked great online, however the property did not turn out to be what we expected when we got there. This property is exactly what we expected based on the photos and description.

Open, inviting and comfortable

My favorite part was the backyard (even though it was FREEZING in Phoenix and we could only really use the hot tub - so not exactly a bad thing :) The house itself is open plan and inviting, the kitchen has pretty much everything (I just had to use a couple of my own pans for the oven). I was so thankful for the few items that previous guests and the owner provided (foil, zip lock bags, etc.) that meant I didn't have to make purchases for things I only needed a little of! There were more than enough towels and blankets! Beds were extremely comfortable, and the area is very quiet! We drove down in an RV, and the Owner was great at answering our questions related to that! If we travel to Phoenix again, we would definitely look to rent this home again! Thank you for the opportunity!

All we could have wanted!

Well maintained, beds and furniture very comfortable. Enjoyed the cozy throws on cold mornings. We cook most of our meals at home and the kitchen lacked for nothing. Enjoyed the backyard patio and bocce as well. Extremely pleasant experience. We would certainly return.
