Enjoy a nice family stay or great romantic retreat at our 4-bedroom home located just a walk away from downtown Appleton. This 4 bedroom home consists of 2 master bedrooms; each with a queen bed, tv and fireplace for those cold Wisconsin nights. The 3rd bedroom has a twin and full bed, tv, some LED lighting and optional hammocks (available by contract) for your kids/teens to enjoy. The last room has a futon bed and office desk/printer to be used as an office or extra bedroom. Enjoy your nights in with the game room; boasting a pool table, large tv, pinball machine and arcades. Or just relax in the theatre room with a good movie or the rented PS5 or XBox One (available by contract). If you are into daily health through exercise, you will also enjoy the in-home gym. For summer visitors; the back deck boasts a grill, firepit, toddler play area, basketball hoop, yard dice, badminton and optional awning. Come stay in our wonderful home! We would love to have you!

I gave 5 stars for accuracy of listing, but I’m pretty sure it was even nicer than the listing made it seem. This property was COMFORTABLE and left NOTHING to be desired. It provides the little things like toiletries and coffee that many rentals don’t provide. It also has very easy checkin and checkout instructions. The beds were so comfortable, and there were pillow, blankets, and space galore. If we come back to the area, we will certain come to this property again!
