We would like to clarify that the request for early check-in was received at approximately 2:26 PM on the day of arrival. At that time, the cabin had not yet been cleared and was not ready for guest occupancy. While we are happy to accommodate early arrivals when possible, they are dependent upon the property being fully prepared and approved for check-in. We understand that traveling in the summer heat after a long journey can be tiring, but we cannot allow guests to enter a property before it is ready. We also appreciate you bringing the door hardware concerns to our attention so they can be addressed. Regarding the pool liner, we did not receive a report of this issue during your stay. Had we been notified, we would have welcomed the opportunity to investigate the concern and determine whether it could be addressed while you were still at the property. We appreciate your additional feedback regarding the style of the toilets as well. We understand that certain fixtures may be more challenging for families with small children, and we appreciate you sharing your experience for future consideration.
